  1. I'm not sure if anyone else is having this same problem, but when a customer adds 1 item into the shopping cart, it shows up as 2. Apparently my cart now adds a tare weight of 0.1lbs to every purchase. Even when I empty the cart on a test account, it still reads "1 item in cart" when there is none. Is this also a problem caused by usps API's? I never had the issue before but for some reason now I can't seem to fix it. Anyone?
  2. I am using osc ms2.2 and when I add product attributes I get this line in the drop-down option box: full (+<span class=currency_symbol>$</span>20.00<span class=currency_symbol></span>) Instead of: full + $20.00 I already looked at the product_info.php page but could not find anything like it. Any one have this issue or know how to fix it? Thanks in advance. Tim
  3. Gaz Thanks for the reply. My products do have weight and the reason why I wanted to use in-paypal shipping calculations is because I ship both nationally and internationally (based on weight) and I want customers to choose btwn. priority mail and (the more expensive) express mail. So basically, when a customer from Australia is ready to checkout I want him/her to be able to select priority shipping for ex. $15 or express shipping for $22. But if a US customer places the same order, I want him/her to have the same options but with lower rates: ex. priority for $8 and express for $13. This seems be easy to set-up in the paypal profile but I'm not to familiar with osc so if the zone and table rates can do this (give customers the option) I would def. look into it. If this is the case could you please let me know? Thanks again Tim
  4. I have installed osc ms2 and paypal IPN v2.3. I also have a website payments Standard business account with paypal. I want to base shipping on weight and location, and I would like to use the shipping calculations feature included in the profile of my paypal account. PROBLEM: I have the calculations set up in the profile but when I'm on the paypal payment page, there are no shipping charges. I spoke to a tech support guy at paypal and he says my osc cart is not passing a weight variable through to paypal. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
  5. I am using paypal website payments Standard w/paypal IPN and no matter what module I install (flat rate, per item, table rate, etc...) the shipping charges never show up when I go to the paypal payment page. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Ideally, I would like to set shipping on the basis of weight and location and set up these rates in the profile of my paypal account. Paypal tech support says my osc cart is not sending and needs to send a variable containing the product weight. Anyone also having this issue?
  6. Are you using paypal and the paypal IPN module?

    PWA or FEC?

I am using paypal website payments standard and have installed the paypal IPN module. I am looking for a way to have my customers proceed directly to checkout without creating an account. I have read posts that talk about the pwa- 1.2.5a module and the FEC module. Can someone send me the links to the most up-to-date contributions for either one? I'm not sure which one to work with so any additional infomation you can provide me about either or both would be helpful. Thanks
