  1. Early days but it seems to work just fine Jack. Dan
  2. Thanks Jack...I thought there were several changes based on the feedback in this thread but perhaps they were for some specific/unique setups. I'll download it and give it a go. Dan
  3. Jack or anyone else reading this for that matter. I'm looking to add this to a new Phoenix install and was wondering if the package/add-on has been updated recently. Reading the thread it looks like there are several changes that should be incorporated. Dan
  4. Thanks again Malcolm....I might give it a go. Dan
  5. Interesting I figured sorting out the javascript issue wold have solved that. That's too bad...I assume moving the javascript call fixed the "$" or variable issue? Dan
  6. @ArtcoInc Malcolm did you ever get this resolved and working as it should? While I can't seem to find the thread now I seem to recall you having narrowed down the problem to an issue with the javascript. Dan
  7. I can have a look at it tonight if you want Malcolm...I can easily test it with Chrome and Firefox. Dan
  8. The usual way to fix this is to just use the table names in your queries....ie replace TABLE_TAX_RATES with tax_rates....problem solved. Dan
  9. I don't use this but based on the line you quoted above, try changing.... tep_href_link('invoice.php', to tep_href_link('pdfinvoice.php', You could also try moving your pdfinvoice.php to the admin directory. I'm assuming there are no instructions with the add-on? Let us know what happens and maybe we can give a little more guidance. Dan
  10. I use FileZilla all the time and that shouldn't be a problem. Dan
  11. Ray...did you have a look at Easy Populate? I think once you set that up and create an excel spreadsheet to load in your data and reformat it, you'll have a file you can import directly into osC. Dan
  12. Sorry I can't offer you any guidance with that. I use an older version but I believe there are more up-to-date versions available. The admin side of osC hasn't changed much so most versions, if they work at all, should work with your version of osC. Maybe someone who has installed it recently will chime in or maybe post that question in the Easy Populate support thread. Dan
  13. Have a look at Easy Populate...create an export file so you can see what data is needed. Populate that with your spreadsheet information and then import it. Once you get it formatted the way you need it, it should be pretty useful to use on a weekly basis. Dan
  14. Does the old product have any information in the database for it to display? Dan
  15. I think the sticky element might be the problem...what I read suggests that... Dan
  16. Sticky seems to produce a much better result.....it is now close to working as I want. The only apparently problem at this point is that the sticky mega menu now scrolls off the top when I scroll down page and it reaches the boxes I have installed in the left column. At that point it looks like the box push the sticky mega menu off the top of the page as I scroll down. Seems a bit odd but hopefully I'll discover why. Dan
  17. I didn't try sticky-top...thanks for the idea, I'll give it a try. Playing around with it a bit more I realized that the z-index on nav-fixed-top was hiding the page scroll...it scrolls behind the menu...changing the z-index allowed me to see that. It looks like it is the menu itself that doesn't scroll using nav-fixed-top, not the page. I noticed in your second post that you set max-height to 400. Out of curiosity, what happens without that...will the menu still scroll? Okay I'm off to try sticky top. Dan
  18. Does anyone have this working so the mega menu position is fixed to the top? For me, the menu itself works, but for reasons I don't yet understand, when I add the navbar-fixed-top to the css I loose the page scroll function so if the mega menu exceeds the screen height I can no longer scroll down the page....the scroll bar is present but if I remove navbar-fixed-top it allows me to scroll but the menu is not positioned where I would like. I'm wondering if it is something that is easy to fix or if I'm in for a world of hurt? Dan
  19. Try adding another bracket "(" before the first one following the initial if....you have 1 opening bracket but 2 closing ones. Dan
  20. Okay I think I understand...is it showing that way for all three addresses ie shipping, billing and customers? Also does it update the address when you re-save the order (changing it from Germany to Albania or is it just displaying it incorrectly. Something is not right though...I have two versions of Order editor installed...the one John updated and an older one and neither of them do that, so it'll be impossible for me to trouble shoot it. Dan
  21. Not sure what you mean Stefan...when I click on the edit button on any order, it loads edit_orders.php and displays the details of the order I'm clicking on. Can you explain further....maybe post a thousand words or perhaps an image of what you're seeing. Dan
  22. I'm going to lock this thread so it doesn't get out of hand but leave it here as an example of how not to ask for help. If the OP persists further action will be taken. Let's all play nice folks. Dan
  23. Thanks for the explanation John and for hanging in there with me....that makes sense now....I was reading to much into your first post. For us, there are no charges for making cash deposits and of course no risk of charge backs, so cash is still king around here and is encouraged even for retail sales. The under the table stuff is a whole different matter however. Fortunately or unfortunately depending on how you look at it, I was raised to honestly to pay that game. I probably couldn't manage a second set of books anyway. Dan
  24. I'm not sure I understand John. So you can discount for cash as long as you offer that discount to everyone paying in cash? Dan
