Does Anybody Can help?

Hello any1 I Installed the "new_attributes_v4.1b" contribution but when I click the "*Attribute Manager" in the admin Catalog section or Click the "edit attribute" buttons in products section,I get this problem: Access Denied No Right Permission Access Please contact your Web Administrator to request more access or if you found any problem. Someone tell me to use the Administato-> File Access to resolve this problem, but when I visit Administator-> File Access I get the same information: Access Denied No Right Permission Access Please contact your Web Administrator to request more access or if you found any problem. The other module in my Administration works no problem Now I have no idea to resolve this problem. Can you help me and tell me the steps you used to resolve this problem? Many Thanks.
