Hi Installed both, the SEO Header Tags and the Article Manager on OsC 2.3.1 (quite modified shop) today and it works a treat, thank you Jacks_mcs I just have a cosmetic question, i noticed after the last install which was the Article manager, my shop page has moved from the center of the screen, just wondering which file i could of messed up would make this change after the alterations i've made with article manager instuctions, just thought i would ask incase somebody else has the same problem Thanks for all your hard work, its an amazing contrib

Hi Germ you just reminded me that i had a issue a few months ago with the module SagePay Direct, i was experiancing problems with 3D section as SEO URL's wasnt compatible with this module, its was W3C option that caused issues with redirects that SagePay Direct required, and had to set my SEO URL to these setting in Admin Output W3C valid URLs (parameter string)? false Enable SEO cache to save queries? true Enable product cache? false Enable categories cache? false Here the topic of the original problem and solution http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/topic/343993-sage-pay-server/page__hl__sage%20pay%20server But now i have Sage Pay Server installed instead, so im not sure if the problems would continue so i have left the settings for SEO URL as is define('HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'www.smartassmenswear.co.uk'); define('HTTPS_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'www.smartassmenswear.co.uk'); define('HTTP_COOKIE_PATH', '/'); define('HTTPS_COOKIE_PATH', '/'); I also have other SEO contributions installed, thank you for your help Emma

Hi Seems to work fine with my site, but lately ive had a fiddly problem with products going missing from the shopping cart, if un-logged customers adds an item to cart then moves to another category to add a different product, when they add it to the cart, the first item is then gone, missing :-( this is before you checkout. Not sure how to find the problem, done some searching in the forums but its like a needle in a haystack job when you search the words: cart, product, missing lol To see the problem you can look at my site but please remember its live. www.smartassmenswear.co.uk Thank you xx

Hi Sam Ive installed this contribution and it works fab. I was wondering if you knew where i could get code to change the hidden category to keep all products active but hide them from the public but still active for purchasing. The reason why is im installing ollacart for my high street shop to link to my website inventory, my problem is getting photos in time to upload on the web the same time as it comes into the shop, i need the products active for the POS but i don't want products visible on the web that are not finished with images. Any ideas? Thanks Emma

I stand corrected it also happens on Sage Pay, just had an order with the same problem, no shipping or address on the confirmation email when customer does not create an account.

Hi I just noticed a problem with my website, which i haven't had before as ive been using this contribution for a live few a months, everything works fine except for today. Order process emails are missing shipping and billing addresses on customer emails and our confirmation emails. we do have a copy in our admin of all the details of the purchases, this only happens when the customer does not create an account with us and using paypal standard, it works fine with Sage pay customers who have not created an account, I noticed in earlier postings that a lot of people have had this problem but i can not find a solution. I am using one page checkout 1.2 and havent changed the coding in a long while. It seems to knock off the stock levels and process the transaction smoothly, its just my customers are worried that have not received address confirmation in the emails. I hope somebody can help me Thanks in advance Emma xx

Hi steve I took your suggestion of using 5.20a, its a job and a half of a contribution to install, I've had to try it out first on a fresh install as i had way too may issues with a copy of my site (mainly not showing payment with voucher option not showing), even with a fresh install it has lots issues, I also have tried different versions to find the most stable one, still no joy. With using a fresh fresh install i managed to get it working but noticed it hasn't got one of the features i need, which is using a gift voucher with a higher amount than the basket total. I couldn't find a solution on the support forums and it seems a lot of people have the same problems. lots of "Please select a payment method for your order." errors if the voucher exceeds baskets, sending shopping carts in a loop, i.e redeem, voucher pay, confirm, redeem, voucher pay, confirm so on.... Is there other Voucher/Gift contribution i could try with one page checkout, it doesn't have to have the same features as the one you recommended, only requirement i need is voucher exceeding basket total, as we sell gift vouchers in our physical high street shop and would like to offer an online service to existing customers. Hi steve, thanks for your reply, i've managed to sort it, what i noticed on my old site with sagepay that the inframe didnt show up on the checkout page it was a separate page still within my site and once i've refreshed the new site, empty caches and named pages in the security pro not to be changed url wise, it worked like a dream it also works really well with qtpro. For any one else that does use Sagepay server, this module does not show payment entry details on the checkout page, it comes up on the next page as it is information direct from sagepay itself and verify visa. (it looks like it is still on your site, i find this is the best option for PCI) I was under the impression that this module did put the payment card input entries on the checkout page, so really i didnt have a coding problem. Module is working like a dream now so much in fact i got a sale from it this morning :-) Thank you everybody for contributing to this module your all stars xx oh one more thing which voucher module works best with the module?

Hi i love everything about this contribution so far and thanks for all the work done on it. Ive installed one page checkout a couple of times now but im still getting the same problem, its the sagepay iframe is not showing nor giving the credit card entry details, paypal seems to work well and it does show sagepay as a payment option. Shipping and order totals all seem to work but i really need sagepay server to work, any one know what i may of left out? Double checked all my coding and nothing jumps out, i did notice that you have to put code in the protx pages, im just wondering do they need to be put in the saypage pages instead, altho those pages are not protx server. Please help as i cant check if my Qtpro works with stock removal from the checkout success page. Thanks Emma

im having the same problem, i have phoned sage pay, searched on google and combed this forum and sagepay forum, but i still cant find out what to do, i cant even see where on the module you can put in a url. am at a loss.... Im not even canceling the transaction, i get to the 3D page and it wont process any further

Ah now i understand, so the 2.23 protocol would work straight off its not just for the simulator. Thanks for clearing that up and thanks for the work youve done so far, i found installing protx module must easier to the HSBC CPI one. Just cant wait to try it out.

hi Ive just installed both the protx direct and form to test out on my website, i think both modules have been installed correctly but now i cant check it. protx have changed the simulator protocols, so now both modules wont work for me. My problem is, i dont want to sign up with protx and use the test or the live fuction with out knowing if the modules work with other contributions i have on the site, i allready have problem with paypal not removing stock from the QTpro when the payment has gone through. My php knowledge doesnt extend to creating and modifying modules, i did have a little go by changing 2.22 to 2.23 in all pages in the modules but an error came up asking for billing surname and postcode. Im wondering how many other new customers are put off by this, why change the simulator protocol and not change the live protocols, i know as a newbie we rely heavly on the volunteer experts on here to intergrate payment systems for oscommerce and stunts like this from companies like protx are seeming to make more work. Whos going to make a new module for a simulator that will be discarded when the shop goes live? I've checked protx forum for solutions and now come to a dead end. Hope some can help me Emma x

hi its me again ive gone through my whole site and ive not come across any error quotes on any pages so its not giving me a indication of which php page i should be looking at to try and fix the missing colum in attributes thats messing up my stock tracker option. im really stuck and i cant find anything in the forum similar to my problem. hi i have managed to put QTpro contribution on my site after a few attemps, but i have a few snags, all my pages are showing but in the attribute section on admin, i have a colum missing in product options, the option name is not there, i can type it in but then it does not show up in the product option table , but in the option values it shows up in a drop down list, but once i give it a value, it goes and switches the track stock option off, and wont show up in the products attributes section, can some one make head or tail of this problem ? thanks Emma :blush:
