    fast easy checkout

    Need Part 2 installation instruction wording help. ________ I've got FEC 3.2 mainly working but have a few problems I'm trying to work out. My first task along these lines is to thouroughly check my installation. I find I am not understanding a small part of the instructions. In Part 2 of the instructions, after the first edit in checkout_success.php, it says, "DO THIS FOR ALL." I'm stumped about what this means. I've searched the forum and don't see anyone discussing this. Can someone enlighten me? Thanks, Anne
  2. This message got posted to the wrong forum. Sorry.
  3. Our main shipping module (from a contribution) had been working perfectly until sometime after 10:00am yesterday when it suddenly stopped appearing in the checkout process. *We made no changes to the files or tables involved or to the functionality of any file. *We have uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. *We have compared all involved files to the originals and have found no differences. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what else we should be considering? (I have purposely left out information as to what module it is as it is apparent that it is not the contribution itself.) Thanks for any consideration, Anne, the Baffled
  4. I haven't been able to find any posts regarding my current dilemma - no city field in the shipping address entry form in the create account area in create_account2.php (I'm using Fast Easy Checkout). Any suggestions as to where to start debugging this problem? Thanks, Anne
  5. Apparently there are all sorts of different ISO codes. Does anyone know which ISO codes are used by osC? Thanks, Anne
  6. I have installed Easy Populate 2.9b and all the fixes after installing SPPC 4.14 and Product Extra Fields 2.0i along with some code from the advanced_search_result.php file from the October 3 release of Product Extra Fields. This last code fixed several problems with search that I was having. My search is now working when I use one or the other of the code sets below, from SPPC and Product Extra Fields, but I can not get search to work with any of my merging attempts. For advanced_search_result.php, I need to combine this code from the SPPC 4.14 contribution if ($status_tmp_product_prices_table == true) { $from_str = "from " . TABLE_PRODUCTS . " p left join " . TABLE_MANUFACTURERS . " m using(manufacturers_id), " . TABLE_PRODUCTS_DESCRIPTION . " pd left join " . $product_prices_table . " as tmp_pp using(products_id), " . TABLE_CATEGORIES . " c, " . TABLE_PRODUCTS_TO_CATEGORIES . " p2c"; } elseif ($status_tmp_special_prices_table == true) { $from_str = "from " . TABLE_PRODUCTS . " p left join " . TABLE_MANUFACTURERS . " m using(manufacturers_id), " . TABLE_PRODUCTS_DESCRIPTION . " pd left join " . TABLE_SPECIALS_RETAIL_PRICES . " s on p.products_id = s.products_id , " . TABLE_CATEGORIES . " c, " . TABLE_PRODUCTS_TO_CATEGORIES . " p2c"; } else { $from_str = "from " . TABLE_PRODUCTS . " p left join " . TABLE_MANUFACTURERS . " m using(manufacturers_id), " . TABLE_PRODUCTS_DESCRIPTION . " pd left join " . TABLE_SPECIALS . " s on p.products_id = s.products_id, " . TABLE_CATEGORIES . " c, " . TABLE_PRODUCTS_TO_CATEGORIES . " p2c"; } // EOF Separate Pricing Per Customer if ( (DISPLAY_PRICE_WITH_TAX == 'true') && (tep_not_null($pfrom) || tep_not_null($pto)) ) { if (!tep_session_is_registered('customer_country_id')) { $customer_country_id = STORE_COUNTRY; $customer_zone_id = STORE_ZONE; } $from_str .= " left join " . TABLE_TAX_RATES . " tr on p.products_tax_class_id = tr.tax_class_id left join " . TABLE_ZONES_TO_GEO_ZONES . " gz on tr.tax_zone_id = gz.geo_zone_id and (gz.zone_country_id is null or gz.zone_country_id = '0' or gz.zone_country_id = '" . (int)$customer_country_id . "') and (gz.zone_id is null or gz.zone_id = '0' or gz.zone_id = '" . (int)$customer_zone_id . "')"; } With this code from Product Extra Fields 2.0i $from_str = "from (" . TABLE_PRODUCTS . " p left join ". TABLE_PRODUCTS_TO_PRODUCTS_EXTRA_FIELDS . " p2pef on p.products_id=p2pef.products_id) left join " . TABLE_MANUFACTURERS . " m on m.manufacturers_id=p.manufacturers_id left join " .   7. I am getting the "out of stock message" on just a few of my products even though: There's plenty of stock for all attributes Stock tracking is on for all options There is no common option type or attribute involved. It seems to occur when we have a combination of our options "Color" and one of a few "Size" options working together. But it is not consistent in that there are quotation marks in some listings that get the message and in those that don't. Same with parentheses. I just don't know what else to look at. Does anyone have an idea where to start with this issue? What sorts of things might cause such problems? Thanks, Anne

    [Contribution] Must agree to Terms

    So, I thought, that's gotta be my problem. So I went and looked but there were no apostrophies in my error text. BUT, I noticed something else: The following line is to be added to the catalog/includes/languages/english/checkout_confirmation.php file: define('CONDITION_AGREEMENT_ERROR', "Please read our conditions of use and agree to them. If you do not do so, your order will not be processed."); There are double quotes in the text. Shouldn't be there. So I changed them to single quotes and was sure this was the fix! Nope. I still get verified without checking the box. I have the correct version of osC and have followed instructions carefully (like I've learned I must by installing many contributions). I just don't get it. Any clues out there?

    [contribution] Simple Template System (sts)

    (Sorry if I've posted this twice. I tried to post it in the STS area earlier but apparently it got posted generally in the Contributions area.) We've worked through most of the STS (latest download) issues we've had but can't get a handle on this one. Things are working pretty much OK until we login. When we login, our right column is empty and its infoboxes are broken and some of them show up below the main content area but before the footer. We've commented out all the infoboxes, one by one, included in the right column and it still happens. We cannot figure out where to look for the problem. We have several contributions installed: Header Tag Controller, Loginbox 5.5, Wishlist, etc. Our not-open site is: http://www.womenofsubstance.us/catalog/ I've created a dummy account for testing: guest@guest.com for the email and "guest" for the password. Can anyone give us a hint where to look for this problem? Thanks, Anne
