Can anyone shed some light on why the MAP portion might not be working? if ($use_map == true) { $sql = "select products_map from products where products_id = '" . $itemno . "'"; $result = mysql_query($sql); $map = mysql_fetch_row($result); if (!(is_null($map[0]))) { $cost = $map[0]; This is the last piece and I should have it running correctly. Thanks in advance.

Hopefully some one can help me troubleshoot to get this to work correctly. So far I have the automated download of the feed to my server working. In test mode, I get the list displayed to my screen. I have the markup and what the price ends in (like .99) working, though I had to hard code the markup percent in the php file since it would not pull from the database column created for that function. I'm satisfied with this so no help need here. The problem that I am looking for help with is that the MAP function is not working. (This is pulled from the database as well so I'm wondering if the markup and MAP problems are related.) The column is in the database and named the same; products_map. I am able to download the MAP file via EasyPopulate and it shows the correct MAPs if the product has a MAP. The script out of the box as written gives an error for the markup, which I am throwing it out there in case it is related to the MAP problem. $price = (int)($cost * (1+$markup))+.95; gives the error "Unsupported operand types". So I changed it to: $price = (int)($cost * 1.2)+.95; and it works Code for the MAP portion is: // are we going to use MAP pricing? Requires a products_map column in the products table, with a value for map, NULL if no MAP if ($use_map == true) { $sql = "select products_map from products where products_id = '" . $itemno . "'"; $result = mysql_query($sql); $map = mysql_fetch_row($result); if (!(is_null($map[0]))) { $cost = $map[0]; } } Both use map and use markup are set to true. Let me know what additional information you need. Running 2.3.3.

Finally figured out that I do need an application. So now I am able to get past the Invalid application credentials on the Order Confirmation Page, but after clicking on the Confirm Order button I get the - Oopsie! Destination account cannot be the same as the current account error at the Dwolla website. Anybody have an idea what would need to changed to get this to work?
-
I've got this installed (10 Nov 2012 version 2.0), have an account setup (still waiting on the photo ID verification so I can add my funding source), and am getting an error on the order confirmation page: There was a problem completing this checkout. Dwolla said: Invalid application credentials. Is this error because I am not fully set up with Dwolla? I have the API key and code, and have tried with and without the account number in admin. The Dwolla documentation is seriously lacking and half of the links are dead ends on their site. Do I need to create an application?

New UPS XML Shipping Module available
tomb321 replied to torinwalker's topic in General Add-Ons Support
I have gone through and completed all the installation steps except for step 3 of the installation which is: In catalog/admin/modules.php ***************************************** Find This code somewhere around line 48: ***************************************** if (tep_not_null($action)) { switch ($action) { case 'save': reset($HTTP_POST_VARS['configuration']); while (list($key, $value) = each($HTTP_POST_VARS['configuration'])) { *********************************************** INSERT THE FOLLOWING CODE AFTER THE ABOVE LINE: *********************************************** if (is_array($value) ) { $value = implode( ", ", $value); $value = preg_replace ("/, --none--/", "", $value); } **************************** SO IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS: **************************** if (tep_not_null($action)) { switch ($action) { case 'save': while (list($key, $value) = each($HTTP_POST_VARS['configuration'])) { if (is_array($value) ) { $value = implode( ", ", $value); $value = ereg_replace (", --none--", "", $value); } tep_db_query("update " . TABLE_CONFIGURATION . " set configuration_value = '" . $value . "' where configuration_key = '" . $key . "'"); } tep_redirect(tep_href_link(FILENAME_MODULES, 'set=' . $set . '&module=' . $HTTP_GET_VARS['module'])); break; case 'install': I've have installed USPS Rate V4 Intl Rate V2 - v.1.7 and Dynamic Template System which both made changes to this code. So before making the changes above my file looks like this: if (tep_not_null($action)) { switch ($action) { case 'save': reset($HTTP_POST_VARS['configuration']); while (list($key, $value) = each($HTTP_POST_VARS['configuration'])) { // Dynamic Template System Start if((is_array($value)) && (!empty($value))) { if (isset($set) && $set == "boxes") { $pages = ''; $count = count($value); for($i=0 ; $i<$count; $i++) { $pages = "$pages$value[$i]"; tep_db_query("update " . TABLE_CONFIGURATION . " set configuration_value = '" . $pages . "' where configuration_key = '" . $key . "'"); } } else { // USPS START $value = implode( ", ", $value); tep_db_query("update " . TABLE_CONFIGURATION . " set configuration_value = '" . $value . "' where configuration_key = '" . $key . "'"); } // USPS END } else tep_db_query("update " . TABLE_CONFIGURATION . " set configuration_value = '" . $value . "' where configuration_key = '" . $key . "'"); // Dynamic Template System End } tep_redirect(tep_href_link(FILENAME_MODULES, 'set=' . $set . '&module=' . $HTTP_GET_VARS['module'])); break; case 'install': Without making any changes I am getting this error in Admin/Shipping/Modules when I have any number of of shipping methods selected in "Disallowed Shipping Methods." Which is somewhat along the lines of the note in the instructions: And a relate error on checkout_shipping is: The errors go away if I don't select any shipping methods to disallow, but I need to disallow some based on the products I sell. Hopefully someone can help with getting the code above straightened out to work with all 3 modules. -
I see another issue. The insurance is correct for 1 item but does not increase for multiples of that item or if other items are added to the cart. Can some one verify this and/or point to how and where I can fix this?
-
Thanks. I was looking through my original file and not the one to upload. I would have left that line in there but for products over 60 lbs, the weight shown is cut in half. But the shipping cost returned looks to be correct.

Does any one know what file this is in? I've looked through the all the files and the closest I came was "catalog\includes\modules\shipping\usps.php." Might have been changed in the numerous revisions. Thanks, Tom

I have it figured out. I have to download and open the xml file in Excel as it maintains the <br>'s. Then copy & paste the description column into the csv file.
-
Unfortunately I've got over 23,000 items i'd have to do that for. My feed is available in mdb, xls, xml, txt, and csv. Would there be an easy way to work with one of these to make it work?I see that the xml file has the <br> in it and I'm trying to convert it to csv but with the file so large (40mb) I'm running into problems. I've installed XMLFox to convert but it keeps crashing.

I've got a fresh install of OSC 2.3.3 and EP 2.8-231 and am having a problem getting the carriage returns to work in my product descriptions resulting in one big paragraph. Both excel safe output and preserve tab/cr/lf are set to true. What else should I look at?

Nevermind. Once I restarted my browser it was working. Tom

Great contrib. I have it installed and everything seems to work. But my layout does not look like the demo. I only have what ever I click on showing, not several items (Customers, Orders, Customers Online) on one page like in the Mindsparx Admin. Anything I can do to fix it? Thanks, Tom

Did you find out a solution to forcing the customer click the link or having the customer redirected back to the store if paying by credit card to complete the order?
