Hi.. I just realised that there were no files to chmodd with osc? last time I installed osc via fantastico .... I then went back here and your talking about safemode... not the file permissions lol... no my server doesnt run in safemode :) any other thoughts? :blink:

it could very well be other files with the wrong permissions..... I never checked them all when I reinstalled OSc I'll check it out tomorrow... cheers :blink: :rolleyes:

Hey, I eventually decided to dump STS templates for the moment just to get worldpay to work... damn thing Anyways, before I used to almost get a 'callback' that screwed with the templates.... now I just get a huge error message... any guidance here ? :-| ------ it then goes on to more code and more personal info about me------ and then at the bottom goes like this... All files are present and correct to my knowledge... athlough one thing I'm not sure about is the current lack of domain? The domain I'm meant to be using is already on a production shop so I cant just redirect and see what happens... I'm using the main domain with the account name as the site addy... any help here would be great... I'm just about pulling what hair I have left out here... cheers, Ian.

regarding the post about worldpay and sts templates... could someone point me in the direction of the files that are to display without sts ? :blink: :unsure: This is really killing me here man.... one problem after another :( :huh: cheers in advance...

I downloaded the store files using my slowdem and did a search in dw for 4development.com and 4development... nothing found for 4development.com and nothing relevant for 4development I also did a search in phpmyadmin for the two keyphrases and found e-mail addresses at best... so I'm still at a loss sadly :( cheers !

also... could it have something to do with sts not recapturing those files properly ?

yeah but it must be a variable somewhere surely ? so would that not make it in a config file or the database? :-|

ok so I wont try and disrupt threads... the problem is... that even since I transferred from 4development.com to gymwear.org as the production name... my cat links on the main page and the manufacturers box still points to 4dev rather than the gymwear domain... can anyone help me 'refresh' this? I think it has to do with sts_templates but not sure :( gymwear.org

Hi, I've been trying to add a new box using the sts system... I've added require(DIR_WS_BOXES . 'forum.php'); // STS: ADD $sts_block_name = 'forum'; require(STS_RESTART_CAPTURE); // STS: EOADD to the column_left.php and also added $forum to the sts_templates file.. I then edited the manufacturers.php file and re-uploaded it as forum.php OSc still shows the variable instead of the box? can anyone please tell me what I've missed or done wrong? cheers, http://www.4development.com/store/

thats a pretty cool feature? is it easy to update the script without a lot of code changes? ALSO.... can you think of some way to include those pages OUTSIDE the cart ? cheers, !

Hi, sorry benjmnm... err I dont know what I did there but that was a reply to the wrong thread *sighs* I was talking about the OSc phpbb2 intergration not the download for ms2 :( :D ok, Now this I do wonder if someone can help me with... I use php zone includes for a lot of my stuff (http://www.4development.com/?zone=womenswear) for example Would it be possible to redirect the information from www.4development.com/store/index.php and use my main index.php for the template? (http://www.4development.com/index.php) due to the nature of this system I only have things being loaded from the index file directly so wouldnt have to worry about multiple files I think I might be a bit in the wrong direction here but I'm almost sure I might be in the right direction? Really the guy I'm doing it for wants me to intergrate the store with his (old) site rather than intergrate his old site with the store any thoughts on the matter would be appreciated... cheers, Ian.

does this system allow you to include certain features? E.G The ability to take out a certain category and put it on your page? yet allow another user to see the full shop... basically an includes idea... I've been trying to find one that lets me pull features from osc rather than having to design a page around the shop itself...
