    PayPal WPP Direct Payments & Express Checkout Support

    Thanks for your reply, dynamoeffects. I'm beginning to think I was passed some older code to implement (I did not download it), but in my admin it says, "PayPal Website Payments Pro U.S." The store's owner was referred to this Module by Paypal and handed it off to me. I presume what I have is different/older than this one? I'm getting a blank page when I try the Paypal payment link on my store. I can uninstall what I've done and install this Module, would that be the best idea? Thanks, again.

    OK, I'm thinking these are dumb questions, but: 1. my site has an SSL cert, is this the same cert mentioned above? 2. Where is the module's admin? In the Module admin section of OSC there are no options for this, is this buried in a file somewhere? 3. Is this part of the mod or a PEAR services configuration? Thanks.
  4. OK, I installed the Second Address Field mod and all went well (yay!). However, my intention was to modify that mod so that it could be used as a "Is residential Address?" checkbox for shipping UPS and avoiding back charges. I've gotten as far as moving the input field from the center of the address section down to the bottom of the list and changing the input field a into a checkbox. However, now, when viewing your address in address_book.php I get the following for the output of the address: Company First Last 123 Street Ln. on City, St Zip Country The 'on' in the list is the key, it's the fact that I checked the box and save the address back out. However, what I need to know is: 1. How can I make the address show 'on' at the bottom? 2. How can I make it say 'Residential Address' instead of 'on'? Any help is greatly appreciated.
  5. Hi Cube, many thanks for your reply. That if statement seemed to have fixed the two warnings that were listing for each(), but I still see errors listed under each product which do not use attributes: Warning: reset(): Passed variable is not an array or object in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/catalog/includes/modules/order_details.php on line 83 Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/catalog/includes/modules/order_details.php on line 84 Could it be getting some incorrect variable settings from /catalog/includes/boxes/shopping_cart.php? Thanks again!
  6. I'm really frustrated by this issue. I did not have this problem until I installed CCGV 5.13. Here's what I see when you view the shopping_cart.php page when you have items in your cart that do not have any attributes: Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/catalog/shopping_cart.php on line 65 Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/catalog/shopping_cart.php on line 65 And under each product (with no attributes) in the list I get these: Warning: reset(): Passed variable is not an array or object in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/catalog/includes/modules/order_details.php on line 83 Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/catalog/includes/modules/order_details.php on line 84 If the product has an attribute then there are no errors. The warnings reference this code within shopping_cart.php: // Push all attributes information in an array if (isset($products[$i]['attributes'])) { while (list($option, $value) = each($products[$i]['attributes'])) { echo each($products[$i]['attributes']); echo tep_draw_hidden_field('id[' . $products[$i]['id'] . '][' . $option . ']', $value); $attributes = tep_db_query("select popt.products_options_name, poval.products_options_values_name, pa.options_values_price, pa.price_prefix from " . TABLE_PRODUCTS_OPTIONS . " popt, " . TABLE_PRODUCTS_OPTIONS_VALUES . " poval, " . TABLE_PRODUCTS_ATTRIBUTES . " pa where pa.products_id = '" . $products[$i]['id'] . "' and pa.options_id = '" . $option . "' and pa.options_id = popt.products_options_id and pa.options_values_id = '" . $value . "' and pa.options_values_id = poval.products_options_values_id and popt.language_id = '" . $languages_id . "' and poval.language_id = '" . $languages_id . "'"); $attributes_values = tep_db_fetch_array($attributes); $products[$i][$option]['products_options_name'] = $attributes_values['products_options_name']; $products[$i][$option]['options_values_id'] = $value; $products[$i][$option]['products_options_values_name'] = $attributes_values['products_options_values_name']; $products[$i][$option]['options_values_price'] = $attributes_values['options_values_price']; $products[$i][$option]['price_prefix'] = $attributes_values['price_prefix']; } } I can only guess that one of the items that is pulled from the database and that is part of the array is not in the proper format or the array itself is getting setup incorrectly. I originally thought that there were fields that were improperly formatted, but I went through all the relevent fields and compared them to the osc docs and with the oscommerce.sql script and they all seem to be as they should. Then... I copied the store files from this server (unix) and installed a fresh DB with only the default products on a Win 2K server and saw the same Warning messages. So, I'm more convinced now that there is a problem in the php code somewhere rather than a databae formatting issue. Any ideas?
  7. I see errors when viewing the shipping cart contents after installing CCGV 5_13. Just after What's In My Cart? I see this one: Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/catalog/shopping_cart.php on line 65 Then after each product I see these listed in the column under the product: Warning: reset(): Passed variable is not an array or object in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/catalog/includes/modules/order_details.php on line 83 Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/catalog/includes/modules/order_details.php on line 84 And I see these listed in the column where the pricing gets listed: Warning: reset(): Passed variable is not an array or object in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/catalog/includes/modules/order_details.php on line 105 Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/catalog/includes/modules/order_details.php on line 106 Any ideas on how to fix this? Please?
  8. OK, the scary thing is that, as previously reported, the Create New User link does not kill the store with the error and I changed nothing. But now I continue to see errors when viewing the shipping cart contents. Just after What's In My Cart? I see this one: Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/catalog/shopping_cart.php on line 65 Then after each product I see these listed int he column under the product: Warning: reset(): Passed variable is not an array or object in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/catalog/includes/modules/order_details.php on line 83 Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/catalog/includes/modules/order_details.php on line 84 And I see these listed in the column where the pricing gets listed: Warning: reset(): Passed variable is not an array or object in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/catalog/includes/modules/order_details.php on line 105 Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/catalog/includes/modules/order_details.php on line 106 Any ideas on how to fix this? Please?
  9. In the Admin's Payment Modules section I see the text "Credit Class Error" instead of what I would expect to see. What does this mean? Thanks.
  10. Sheesh, it just keeps coming... now, when I list the shopping cart contents by going to shopping_cart.php I get the following errors: Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/catalog/shopping_cart.php on line 65 Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/catalog/shopping_cart.php on line 65 And under each product in the list I get these: Warning: reset(): Passed variable is not an array or object in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/catalog/includes/modules/order_details.php on line 83 Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/catalog/includes/modules/order_details.php on line 84
  11. OK I went in to create_account.php and started editing out php code until I ended up with this: <?php // if ($messageStack->size('create_account') > 0) { ?> <tr> <td><?php //echo $messageStack->output('create_account'); ?></td> </tr> <tr> <td><?php //echo tep_draw_separator('pixel_trans.gif', '100%', '10'); ?></td> </tr> <?php // } ?> <tr> <td><table border="0" width="100%" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="2"> <tr> <td class="main"><b><?php echo CATEGORY_PERSONAL; ?></b></td> <td class="inputRequirement" align="right"><?php //echo FORM_REQUIRED_INFORMATION; ?></td> The error goes away but I have no idea what I commented out or if it will affect the store adversly.
  12. Hi guys, I've installed 5.13 and get this error when you click on the "create account" link for a new user: Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /hsphere/local/home/diskolog/diskology.com/catalog/create_account.php on line 328 That error references this code within create_account.php: if ($messageStack->size('create_account') > 0) { I have no idea what this error means or how to fix this. Otherwise, the contribution seems to work fine. TIA.
  13. I can tell you that my dog hasn't worked on this yet. :D I've been trying to figure out if there was a way to do this through cookies. Set the cookie then retrieve it before shareasale transaction completes. Whatdya think?

    Paypal IPN with Shareasale?

    OK, so now that the redirect from Paypal seems to be working Shareasale does now register that there was a transaction, however, it does not include a price and Order ID. I'm wondering if the Paypal proccess takes too long do the variables that are setup for shareasale in checkout_proccess.php expire or something before getting to checkout_success.php?

    Paypal IPN with Shareasale?

    Based upon the sheer volume of replies with solutions au gratin I'll have to assume that NO ONE has ever been able to get the Paypal IPN and the Shareasale affiliate program to work together. Apparently it's one or the other. I thought maybe I could just load the Shareasale data from the checkout_process.php but it requires loading of a 1x1 pixel image. And, considering checkout_process.php does not load any HTML data itself then it is impossible to load that image So Shareasale see that a transaction happened. Argh...
