  1. Abhay, I have been having this same issue for months now. Does this fix the redirect problem? Also I have a similar issue with any drop-down menu when redirects are enable. Does this fix that problem as well? Can you tell me exactly what you changed it from? Your Help is Greatly Appreciated!!! Shpkeeper
  2. Does anyone have any suggestions of where to look to fix the above problems? Please help me!!
  3. I still ahve not been able to figure out the problem discussed before but am working on it. I have come accross a new problem. When a manufacturer is chosen for the dropdown menu instead of going to the manufactuers page it redirects to catalog=index.php. The same thing happens when you select from the categories dropdown menu! Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!!!
  4. I appreciate everyones input  and have tried all of your suggestions! I am still get the search engines directed to catalog=product_info.php for the old links. What I installed is Ultimate_SEO_URLSv21d_UPDATED_1_2 and independent_seo_validation_1.0.2 In the instructions its says for independent_seo_validation_1.0.2 If you use this with 2-2.2e you should comment out all lines in includes/classes/seo.class.php that start .. $this->ValidateName($url, Like .. //$this->ValidateName($url, This means I have to do this in order for the independent_seo_validation to work properly. Do you suggest uncommenting them? I would really appreciate any suggestions that would solve the problem I am having as the googlebot has been on the site all day searching for old product_info links then directed to the catalog=product_info.php Product not found! page. In advance Thank You to anyone who can solve this.
  5. I understand that this should not be happening, what do you mean by redirect has to be set to on? Is there a way to fix this? Do you have any suggestions to get the search engines to stop visiting the product_info.php?catalog=product_info.php which displays Product not found!
  6. I have installed the independent_seo_validation_1.0.2 like you said and the Search engines still try to get the old indexed pages which no longer exist ie: http://mystore.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=1066. Then they are sent to http://mystore.com/catalog/product_info.ph...roduct_info.php which displays Product not found! and this is where they get stuck for sometimes hours!! Is there a way to have the search engines search for the new urls instead of the old ones in the example above? I have an XML sitemap and all of the new SEO urls are on there and none of the old ones are displayed so I am not quite sure what to do to fix this? Previously you suggested the independent_seo_validation_1.0.2, but that did not fix this particular issue because if the old url is typed you are sent to http://mystore.com/catalog/product_info.ph...roduct_info.php instead of the correct new url. Your help is greatly appreciated!!!
  7. Wow I feel stupid!! I must have not noticed this before. Thank you so much for the clarification!!
  8. Is this the same one included in Ultimate_SEO_URLSv21d_UPDATED_1_2? Also after researching the OSCsid issue it appers that the OSCsid is created on the 2nd click, but any subsequent click after that it is not passed on!! It seems like this could be an issue, do you know why this is happening and how to correct it? Thanks alot for all of you help!!!
  9. Robert, I was able to add this contribution to my live shop and it seems to be working fine, but it does not seem to create a OscSID at all or very rarely for page requests and not at all for shopping_cart.php, login,ect.. Is this normal? Also if I am already indexed by the search engines, what is the best way to get the new SEO URL's to replace my old url's indexed? Currently if you click on any of the old url's, you are sent to index.php. Your input is greatly appreciated!!
  10. Robert, Thank you for the updated seo.class.php, it worked like a charm  !! I just had a couple of questiond before I install this great contribution on my live shop. What should I set Filter Short Words to? Is there a way for the for the url to display the model # field instead of the title? ie: http://myteststore.info/catalog/DVD-MATR-p-6.html instead of http://myteststore.info/catalog/the-matrix-p-6.html. I have alot of contributions installed and working on my live site that are not on the test site ie: Multi-Vendor Shipping, Header Tags, MVS shipping estimator, request_review_1.0, and more. Do you know of any problems in compatibility with Ultimate SEO URLs and the contributions mentioned above? Thank you again for the previous fix and I would appreciate your help in answering the question above before I install this contribution on my live site.
  11. I just installed Ultimate_SEO_URLSv21d_UPDATED and the urls seem fine for the products and catagories, but when I add anything to the cart it send you back to the index and the url is http://myteststore.info/catalog/index.php?ref=shopping_cart. The same thing occurs when you click any information link i.e: Shipping & Returns as well as when you click My Account, Cart Contents, Checkout, Quick Find, Advanced Search, What's New?, Specials, and Reviews. Does anybody know why this is happening and how to fix it? Your help is greatly appreciated!!!

    Request Product Reviews

    Jim, I really appreciate the quick response!! For the time being I will implement the quick fix. As far as a long term solution, HTTP_SERVER or HTTPS_SERVER from catalog/includes/configure.php is set as seen below. What exactly is set wrong and what shouls I change it to? define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://mystore.com'); // eg, http://localhost - should not be empty for productive servers define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://mystore.com'); // eg, https://localhost - should not be empty for productive servers define('ENABLE_SSL', true); // secure webserver for checkout procedure? define('HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'mystore.com'); define('HTTPS_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'mystore.com'); define('HTTP_COOKIE_PATH', '/catalog/'); define('HTTPS_COOKIE_PATH', '/catalog/'); define('DIR_WS_HTTP_CATALOG', '/catalog/'); define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/catalog/');

    Request Product Reviews

Great contribution, easy to install and great instructions!! I have a small problem that I am sure is easy to answer. The email sends fine but the link in the body points to the wrong location. I need it to point to https://mystore.com/catalog/product_reviews_write.php?products_id=13877 instead of https://mystore.com/product_reviews_write.p...oducts_id=13877. It is my understanding that I need to change line 17 in review_mail.php to reflect this change, but am unsure what to change it to. Could someone please advise me what it should be changed to? My suggestions below! $path_rel = '../../'; or $path_rel = '/../'; or $path_rel = 'catalog/../'; I just want to correct this before I send it out to customers. Your help is greatly appreciated!!!!

    Multi_Vendor_Shipping new thread

Craig, Everything has been running pretty smoothly until this weekend. I installed the HeaderTags_V_2.6.3 and it seems like everything went ok, except for the vendor email. Now the vendor email looks like below in admin\orders.php Shipping Method: flat -- Best Way ------------------------------------------------------ Dropship deliver to: minutos 5223 portland ct north las vegas, Nevada 89031 Qty: Product Name: Item Code/Number: Product Model: Per Unit Price: Item Comments: 1 Samsung A940 1700mah OEM XT Battery BEX480HSAB BEX480HSAB 18.0000 Qty: Product Name: Item Code/Number: Product Model: Per Unit Price: Item Comments: 1 Samsung A940 1700mah OEM XT Battery BEX480HSAB BEX480HSAB 18.0000 "> Which is a minor issue I can live with. I then checked the email being sent to the vendor and it omits this section entirely, not passing on the Qty: Product Name: Item Code/Number: Product Model: Per Unit Price: Item Comments: section to my vendor and looks like below: To: XXXXXXX XXXXXXXXX XXXXXX XXXXXX XXXXXXXX ------------------------------------------------------ Special Comments or Instructions: Please ship US MAIL ------------------------------------------------------ From: XXXXX XXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXXXXX XXXXXX Accnt #: ------------------------------------------------------ Order Number: XXXX ------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------ Shipping Method: flat -- Best Way ------------------------------------------------------ Dropship deliver to: minutos 5223 portland ct north las vegas, Nevada 89031 Do you know what is causing this and how I can fix it. In installing the HeaderTags_V_2.6.3 I did not modify admin\orders.php in any way. The only files I edited in the admin section are admin/categories.php and admin/manufacturers.php. Can you please let me know where to look so I can edit to have the email look like it is suppossed to

    Multi_Vendor_Shipping new thread

Craig, I made the above change and the same issue is still occurring. Order Sent to V1: yes Order Sent to V2: yes Order Sent to V3: yes should be Order Sent to V1: yes Order Sent to V2: no Order Sent to V3: no If I can't find a fix for this I will need to turn off this function so my employees will not be miss-informed an order was sent when it was not. I appreciate your time and help!! If there is anything you can suggest to make this function please let me know.

    Multi_Vendor_Shipping new thread

I found the code in catalog/checkout_process.php and made the change that you specified. I am still having the same issue. When any Vendor is set to "send emails" all Vendors are updated to "yes" even though the only Vendor sent an e-mail is the one set to send it. My settings are to send the e-mail from admin and automatically do so when the Status is set to Processing. V1 is set to send e-mail. V2 and V3 are set to don't send e-mail. From what you explained earlier and looking at the code you posted I don't understand why it always looks like this: Order Sent to V1: yes Order Sent to V2: yes Order Sent to V3: yes when it should look like this: Order Sent to V1: yes Order Sent to V2: no Order Sent to V3: no Am I just being picky or is this not functioning properly? I want to make things easy for my staff and this is at best confusing and could cause problems when an employee thinks the order was sent to the vendor when it in fact was not. I really appreciate your help and insight and await your response Thanks!! shpkeeper

    Multi_Vendor_Shipping new thread

I am having a similar issue to what is described above. At first it was exactly as the above issue. I then implemented the fix in admin/orders.php and catalog/checkout_process.php. The e-mails seem to be sending/or not sending fine depending on whether "send e-mail's" is selected or not in the Vendor section. The problem I am now having is that on orders with more than 1 vendor, if even 1 vendor is set to "send e-mail's" all Vendors are updated to sent. See below. Order Sent to V1: yes Order Sent to V2: yes I do not have "send e-mail's" set as active for V2, but do have it set active for V1. It should look like below. Order Sent to V1: yes Order Sent to V2: no V1 is sent an e-mail, but V2 seems to not send an e-mail. Why are they both then updated to "yes"? I have been searching for a fix or answer to my problem with no luck and would like for this key feature to work as it is supposed to. I guess i could set all vendors to not "send e-mail's" and manually send the e-mail on the admin/orders.php, but that defeats the purpose of having this automated feature. Any help would be Greatly Appreciated as I personally cannot figure it out Thanks shpkeeper
