Hi all. I seem to be having a problem getting my PayPal orders. I really don't understand too much about this osCommerce shopping cart, so I had Concentric Professional Services put the cart in for me. The PayPal is listed in the payment options, BUT, when someone makes an order, and the site takes them to PayPal, I do not get any notification of the order. Right now, I get a PayPal payment notification, and I have to write them and ask them what they ordered.
There should be a way for me to get the order. I tried changing the order setting from default to pending, but that didn't make any difference, so I put it back to default. I am at a loss.
Please help me, I honestly don't think those Professional Services people knew what they were doing. They set all my stock to 0 and people kept the out of stock message when they tried to order. Since I had to change hosting & shopping cart the number of orders on my site have dropped drastically.
There's even more problems than this, but this is a major one. Thanks in advance for any help.
