Hi Dan, Thank you for the reply. But using the Products Attributes, still doesn't makes it possible for me to handle the number of items in stock for each size? For example... Bra Style #1: 34B - 5 pieces 36B - 2 pieces etc.. Rather than only having Bra Style #1 - 7 pieces total Hope it makes sense? Cheers, - Jesper

Hi guys, I'm going to set up a lingerie webshop and would really like to use osCommerce. But I need to handle stocks for individual sizes of each product, so I need some way to split up the product in more sizes. I've been looking at the Master Products contribution, but am not sure if it's the best one to use. So I thought I'd try to make use of your knowledge rather than choosing the wrong one to begin with :) Any help is greatly appreciated. Cheers, - Jesper

Hi guys, I'm in need of setting up a shop, only accessable to users who register first. Basically I would like a shop where the front page opens with the front page products visible and option to sign up for an account - but viewing products and sub categories should be disabled until the user is registered and signed in. Is there a contribution available for that, or would it be better for me to make a front page outside osCommerce and then somehow link that together with the signup page or something? Hi guys, I just intalled the Cancelled Orders contrib and everything works perfectly! However, I was wondering if it would be possible to create a system like making invoices but for use with the cancelled orders? I have to make printed copies for the government because of taxes and refunds. So it would be perfect, if it could simply take the invoice.php and change "Invoice" into "cancelled" and the amounts into negative numbers, ie. -$10 instead of $10. Would this be possible? Hiya, I've seen a similar question asked before, but I was wondering if anyone has come up with a usable solution: Regadring search results - as it is now all slaves are shown and are linked to the slave products instead of to the master. At my page I sell lingerie, so let's say someone searches for "red super nice".. it then returns "red super nice bra" (master), "red super nice bra size 1", "red super nice bra size 2" and "red super nice bra size 3". In that case I would like it to show only the master product. However, if someone searches for either "red super nice bra size 2" or for example the specific model number the size 2 bra has, it would have to show the slave product - but linking to the master product in the results. Am I making any sense with this ? :) Thanks :) - Jesper

Hiya, First of all - this contribution is really working great and I love it! :) However, I am in need of adding more than one image to some of my products. I have tested a few other contribs, but they all only work with my slave products. It seems that I have to add most of the code to the Master parts of categories.php, but I am not completely sure in how to do it. Has any of you had any success with adding such a contribution together with Master Products? Any help is really appreciated! :) Thank you, Jesper

Hiya, First of all - this contribs is one of the best ones I've come across! So far I've run into a few things, I was wondering if someone could help me out with: - Image from master shown as slave thumbnail Is it possible to configure the system to show the master image if no slave image is uploaded? I managed to do it manually in the shopping cart, but there are lots of places (Search results, etc.) where it's shown as well. - price taken from master if slave empty (including specials) Also - is it possible to leave the slave prices empty and then just set up the price for the master? That way I can set up the specials for the master only and if I later want to change a price on a product, I only have to update the master price. - count total qty from master+slaves to show in list Finally - when showing the product lists I am using another contrib to show if the product is in stock or not. Is it possible to count the total qty from the slave products and use as a total? I know the two last ones can be done with a number of MySQL queries, but as I'm not too experienced in it, I was wondering if someone else has done it already? Or if it's planned for release 2?
