I was wondering if anyone could help me with creating a contribution for Free Shipping only if the item is being shipped to say Pennsylvania. I noticed that all the shipping methods apply to every product no matter where the item ships. Which is the norm, but I need items that are going to be shipped to Pennsylvania to not have any shipping charges at all. I hope this makes sense. I don't mind giving a little paypal payment for the right help. Thanks!

Sorry....I got confused. That part is working, it does only add taxes if the persons addy is in Texas. I need a contribution that allows free shipping if the item is only being shipped to Texas. The shipping options on the product pages in admin add whatever shipping method I select to every product no matter what. How would I go about getting free shipping just to Texas? Thanks

I can do very little with PHP and was wondering if anybody has the knowledge on how to create a contribution that would allow me to charge taxes on the sale of an item in my store only if the item will be shipped to Texas? I know there are zone options in the catalog section of the admin but they charge taxes on every item no matter where they are being shipped. I only want taxes to be applied to the order if the registered shipping address is a Texas addy. I hope this makes sense and I hope someone can help. P.S. I don't mind passing a few paypal dollars along for the right help. Thanks
