  1. Hi,

     

    I am having an issue with the Parcelforce V1.1 addition. I am unable to enter the track and trace code ie 2 letters 7 numbers. I get the error:-

     

    "Warning: Nothing to change. The order was not updated."

     

    I have searched through this post and some seem to say to add GB on the end this also did not work.

     

    I previously have the royal mail tracker and this works fine no problem.

     

    Any ideas?

  3. It might be something in the header of site that is confusing the code. I seem to recall this happening with a site early on. Please post your url and I will take a look at it.

  4. Hi Jack,

     

    Wonder if you could help I have two issues with SEO assistant. I had a test site all worked well however I have now moved it to the root folder and have some problems Firstly the Header Staus returns HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request but I have checked through several sights as my hosting company has done also and is shows HTTP Status Code - 200 OK . Not sure why this would be different.

     

    Also with the Keyword density it just shows all HTML code and no actual text.

     

    Any Ideas?

  5. I've installed Paypal express, and it works as you say. This is a feature, not a bug. When you integrate Paypal Express, it takes the customer to the Paypal site SOLELY to approve the upcoming order, and to indicate the method of Paypal payment (credit card, from their bank, from their balance, etc).

     

    ONLY WHEN you return to your store and hit the CONFIRM ORDER button do you see all the products and shipping details.

    That is my understanding of how this works. You will not see these details at Paypal. You see them before you go to Paypal, and after you return from Paypal.

     

    Hopefully others will correct me if I am wrong, but that is how it works on my site. I integrated this function about 3 weeks ago from the latest release.

  6. change thee transaction type to "Per product" in your PaPal module.

    I am not useing that paypal module. I am using the Paypal express module v1.0 which is the module that askes for the API details.

     

    Anything else I could try?

    Hope someone can help?

     

    I am using the paypal checkout express module. It all works fine no problems with the functionality. However when I do a transaction on the Paypal side of things there is no product information. I can see how much was paid and customer details. But no product details.

     

    I can see the details in the normal OSC admin area so it is not to much of a bind but it would make it a bit easier to marry up the orders with the payments.

     

    Any one know how to add this?

  8. Those messages suggest to me that application_top.php is being included / required more than once though I couldn't say why. The payoffline does nothing special on the checkout_payment screen compared to other payment modules

    Needle in a haystack I know but any idea which files I should be looking in? I have checked all the payment related files under catalog but could not find a call for application top twice in any file.

  9. Hi Tom,

     

    Another issue here wonder if you can help when I do a transaction with pay offline all appears to be as it should. The payment goes through I get an email saying someone has made an order it shows in the orders in admin. However when I go to the test module in payoff line and do a confirm payment the order disappears from my admin area. I have no idea where it has gone yet I can see under the order made today that there is the increase in the amount of orders received but I cannot find the actual order even under the account history it has been removed.

     

    Can you offer any help?

    I have installed this module and ran a test transaction however it does not seem to get as far as checkout success. I get this instead.

    The sale does go through I can see it in admin and on the simulator. But I cannot open the pdf invoice in admin either.

    Need your help please it should be an easy one. I did not do the initial install of headertags so I do not know what version I am using, is there a way fo me to find out? as I wish to upgrade but I do not know from which version.

     

    This leads me to my next question will it matter if I just upgrade to the latest version if not then I guess my first question is irrelevant.

    Can anybody help I get this message

    Fatal error: Call to a member function add_current_page() on a non-object in 
    /home/xxxxx/public_html/Site/includes/application_top.php on line 647

    . This happens if I click on the PDF invoice button in customer order within the admin section. Trouble is it throws my whole store out of whack so I can not even see the store front all I get is this error.

     

    I can move round the admin side ok.

     

    Would be rerally graetful for some help.

    I have installed the following contrib http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/1320 but when going to the link in the admin side I get the following error:

     

    1146 - Table 'xxxxxxxxxxx.TABLE_PREFIXvendors' doesn't exist

     

    select count(*) as total from TABLE_PREFIXvendors

     

    [TEP STOP]

     

    Now the obvious error is the TABLE_PREFIXvendors it did mention something about this on the install instruction but I am a Dilbert when it comes to programming etc.

     

    Can anybody explain how I change\add a table prefix? you help would be most appreciated.
