    Attribute Addon

Has nothing to do with cutting corners it was a commercial desision based on user experiance and feed back. Result was simpler for us to handle products and much simpler for customers to find and order what they were looking for. If complex attributes is what you need then that's fine everyone has own needs and ways to achive these.

    Attribute Addon

Fredi, One of the reasons these old add-on's have not been updated could be that very few people use them? I stopped using even simple attributes many years ago. We insted opted to simply have each veriant as a true product. This has the advantage of giving your site more content which google will like. Yes it takes a bit more time but not much and it's best to make an effort to make the content individual rather than just cut and paste. I know this is not an option for everyone... on the plus side saw a big drop in wrong orders! one of the issues we always had with attributes is people either used the default or did not even look at the option and assumed what they needed was not available. The number of times we had a email or call "but I need a 1.6m version?" yes just use the drop down to see all the options! 😊...

  16. Yes long text is always going to be a problem with Boostrap and mobile devices... I have not found a good solution to this. It is always going to be a compromise! If you wrap the text then you have a big block on a small screen? If you tuncate the long text you lose the mesage 😊, may be one of the experts has a solution. For me I built in a compromise which you can adjust as required. in the template file you will find @media screen and (max-width: 600px) { #sale2 { font-size: 1rem; } } </style> This works for normal short message which fits as shown on my site. If you need a longer message then you can adjust this as required. So if I make the test twice as long... this is what you have on large screen. To make it work on small screens just change to this... @media screen and (max-width: 600px) { #sale2 { font-size: 2vw; } } </style> and on mobile you get... As i said it's a compromise. For Frozen? I do not know I have not tested any Phoenix add-on on frozen. Most people will have Frozen BS3 so I do not think they will work not with out making changes.

  18. A new add-on has been uploaded, using same support thread as they are doing same thing.

This one gives a better display on small screens ( or so i'm told). The same for large screens but on mobile phones the links will be reduced to showing a single link that will auto scroll.

  20. Has been updated to fix bug causing poor display on small screens. Very silly error a stray ( , ) causing styling to not apply. You can simply remove the comma from public_html/includes/modules/content/header/templates/tpl_cm_header_jcm_sales_countdown.php line 25 #sale2, { should be #sale2 { Thanks to @Mac2256 for pointing it out.
