Okay figured out the problem. I downloaded the most recent contribution on the Authorize AIM module because it said full file set but was actually not complete so after downloading the one before it that should work now. I believe my settings in Anet set correctly but would like someone to explain if possible what exactly this means: (TESTMODE) ACH transactions are not accepted by this merchant. - Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason. I've been using this Anet account for many years and haven't had that message before so I'm thinking it should be telling me something I need to do but don't know what that is.

I'm now using the AuthorizeNet AIM module and it's finally connecting to AuthorizeNet but am now getting the following error: There has been an error processing your credit card. Please try again.(TESTMODE) Invoice is required.: 33 I have the account in test mode but was not aware that I need to activate some type of invoice field? Has anyone come into contact with this error before who may know how I can fix it?

Does anyone know if we need to setup a reciept URL of any kind (silent, relay, etc.) in the AuthorizeNet control panel itself? If someone has a fix for this problem to get it working please contact me and let me know how much and I'll send payment via paypal if you'd like.

tkeats Good for you! Will you please post the link to the actual download that you used that is currently working for you after you installed it? Many of us have downloaded all of them and applied multiple patches with no affect. If you are able to share which one you used and whether you followed the base instructions or had to make modifications many of us might be able to get ours working as well. Thank you much!

If someone knows the author of live support I'd recommend we get that person involved and start begging him or her to put a working final archive on the contribution. Couldn't hurt! I've been screwing around with this for two months and have since given up.

I think that's a great idea! We really need someone who has everything set properly to donate a bit of their time to help all of us who are thoroughly frustrated (and clearly not as knowledgeable) to zip up the complete changed files or code and add it to the contribution. Unless we can get ahold of the contribution author and beg and plead to get the complete up-to-date live support added to the contribution. It really is a very impressive add-on on the sites that got it working, it blew me away at least. Here's hoping!

Does anyone know exactly which download on the contributions page for Live Help contains the most recent complete build of this mod? It's extremely confusing having so many downloads and none appear to contain everything that's needed - I've toyed with it for hours with no success and finally decided to start all over so if anyone knows which one to download I would really appreciate some direction. Thank you much!
