    Multi_Vendor_Shipping new thread

Hi All, Sorry, didn't get a chance to post here yesterday. Got called away by a client. To anyone that may have missed it, I uploaded an updated version of the upsxml module that supports both MVS and dimensional support to the MVS 1.0 contrib page yesterday. It is based off of the upsxml version 1.2.6. If you have any problems with it, please let us know here. I have installed it on a highly modified MVS store and a clean MVS install and both are working just fine. Katrina

Go over your install. Did you forget to add the dimensional support to any of the files? Or accidentally not upload one of the files that should have been updated for the dimensional support?

New UPS XML Shipping Module available

Hi Jan, Thanks again for your help. After a bit of messing around with the path for the logging, I finally got it to write to the file. That value is coming up as 0. <InvoiceLineTotal> <CurrencyCode>USD</CurrencyCode> <MonetaryValue>0</MonetaryValue> </InvoiceLineTotal> Interesting thing is it's coming up 0 for both shipping within US and outside of US. But, when shipping within US the quote comes through and when shipping outside of US, it won't. Any suggestions as to why it would come up 0? BTW... I'm only adding 1 item to the cart while testing this. Thanks again, Katrina

New UPS XML Shipping Module available

Hi Jan, Thanks for your help and the quick reply. I tried your suggestion and it didn't work. I commented out the area of code between the " // BOF Time In Transit: comment out this section if you don't want/need to have // expected delivery dates" and " // EOF Time In Transit ". With that commented out it works again. I also turned on the error logging and this is what is written to the file: 2007-02-13 22:21:12 TimeInTransit 270013: Invalid Shipment Contents Value So, it's definately a problem with the Time In Transit. FYI - We are using dimensional support. Any ideas?? Thanks again, Katrina

Hi there, Hope someone can help with this. International shipping was working fine as of 6pm EST last night. Now I'm getting an error: Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array It's referring to line 346 in the upsxml.php This only happens with international shipping. All US orders are fine. All zones are set to none. I am using the most recent version 1.2.6 Any ideas, why it would all of a sudden stop working?? TIA, Katrina

    NEW! Complete Order Editing Tool!

    and To fix the missing order_id/order doesn't exist problem when adding a new product do the following: In edit_order.php line 2285 change this: echo '<tr class="dataTableRow">' . tep_draw_form('addProduct', FILENAME_ORDERS_EDIT,'oID=' . $HTTP_GET_VARS['oID'] . '&action=' . $_GET['action']) . "\n"; To this: echo '<tr class="dataTableRow">' . tep_draw_form('addProduct', FILENAME_ORDERS_EDIT,'oID=' . $_GET['oID'] . '&action=' . $_GET['action']) . "\n"; In SearchSuggest.php check line 59, you may need to change this: $url = tep_href_link(FILENAME_ORDERS_EDIT, 'action=add_product&oID=' . (int)$_GET['oID'] . '&step=3&add_product_products_id=' . $id); To this: $url = tep_href_link(FILENAME_ORDERS_EDIT, 'action=add_product&oID=' . $_GET['oid'] . '&step=3&add_product_products_id=' . $id); Trina

Hi there, I'm having the same problem as Terry(below) is with using the upsxml packaging addon. It seems that the module is quoting the wrong weights and packages when there is more than one vendor. If only one vendor is used it quotes correctly. I changed the products_array with this code that I found in a previous post: // MVS - Remove products from other vendors from the productsArray $products_array = $cart->get_products(); $productsArray = array(); if (is_array ($products_array)) { foreach ($products_array as $product_data) { if ($product_data['vendors_id'] = $vendors_id) { $productsArray[] = $product_data; } } } //End MVS But unfortunately it didn't correct the problem. It is still adding all packages/weights to the second vendor. If anyone can help out with getting this fixed, it would be appreciated. I might have the insurance problem remedied since I have a newer version of upsxml updated with mvs coding waiting in the shadows. I won't know for sure until I can find the the fix for the above problem with the original file downloaded with the mvs contrib. TIA, Trina

Hi Stuart, I really appreciate the time you took to test out my problem. I know how busy you must be. There's just one problem, you didn't test it correctly. If you put the ready to ship items in the cart first it works perfectly. It's when you place a non-ready to ship item in the cart first then a ready to ship item or if you place a ready to ship item in the cart, then a non-ready to ship item in, and then a ready to ship item in that I'm having problems with. Would you be willing to give it another try, please? Your help is greatly appreciated. :D Katrina

Hi Stuart, I was wondering if you had gotten a chance to test out my ready to ship problem on your cart? I know you have been trying to help Bob & Robin figure out a problem that they are having, so I thoroughly understand if you haven't had the chance. I would offer my help, but I don't seem to be having their problem and haven't been able to duplicate it. Thanks again for any help you can give. Katrina

New UPS XML Shipping Module available

Hi Stuart, I have seen you post many times praising the dimensions support and that you haven't had any problems with it. Would you, or anyone else out there using the dimensions support, test this out in your cart and tell me whether you encounter the same problem? The problem is with a mixed cart, a cart with both ready to ship and non-ready to ship items placed in it. When a product that is not marked ready to ship is added to the cart and then a product that is marked ready to ship is added to the cart the module is not recognizing that the ready to ship item is ready to ship. It puts both items into one box. Now if the ready to ship item is placed in the cart first, it works the way it is supposed to and each item is placed in its own box. In fact, when there is more than one ready to ship item in the cart and there are any none ready to ship items in the cart, the only way I can get the ready to ship packages to be recognized as ready to ship is to add them in first and then the non-ready to ship items. Do you know of how I can get the products sorted in such a way that all ready to ship items would be dealt with first, since this seems to be the only way that the module gives us the correct quote? I would appreciate any help, I can get with this. Katrina

    Custom Computer Creator v9 Support

Hi Stephen, I'd like to say a big thank you for the great contrib. It's fantastic!! The latest things you are adding are great, too! It would be nice to be able to have the ability to adjust the computer after it's been added to the cart, if the customer clicks on the continue shopping button, for instance. Would this be possible to add to the contrib? Also, I was wondering if there was a specific reason you chose to use the add to cart function, instead of the buy now function. I couldn't get the built system added to the cart using the add to cart, but if I changed it to the buy now function it works. Thanks again, Katrina
