  1. Hi there, I have tried the sort order out, and we have had two customers come back today with the same issue. Any more suggestions - all help is greatly appreciated
  2. Hi there, thanks for the quick responses ... No, there is no error message at all , which is very strange! I will try out the sort order on them now, many thanks for the advice
  3. Hi there, yes I can confirm that the customer does select the radio button - we also tried the same card details ourselves and it did exactly the same - could it be an issue with that type of card?
  4. Hi there, this is a hopeful question, Currently we have had a small amount of customers who enter their card details, click continue and then confirm their order only to be taken back to the payment details screen ... Could this be an error from the payment company we are using (ProtX) ? If so, does anybody have any idea what could be causing it, as there are no errors after the redirect... Paul,
  5. Hi there, I have installed this contribution on a fresh install of OScommerce and whenever I add the main product and "free" product into the cart, the free product has the normal price assigned and this is carried into the checkout. Have I missed something? Paul
  6. Hi there, I hope someone can help here I have installed the gift certificates & credit class module three times now on a fresh OSc install, and each time I get 'Credit Class Error' in the payment modules and nothing in the store checkout to signify discount codes etc Could somebody advise if I am missing out a step or doing something entirely wrong. Paul
  7. Hi there, We are currently set up to use Secpay on our OSc store - and we are set to go live however I have a question for those 'in the know' so to speak. When Secpay sends a transaction back and the card has not been charged - what happens with the order? Is the order kept, but marked as not processed for example.
  8. Hi there, I am getting the following error ... Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mirror_out() in /home/mickdieg/public_html/admin/stats_daily_products_sales_report.php on line 110 How do I define the mirror_out function?
  9. I have just re-installed this on a vanilla install and Im getting the same problem - any help would be greatly appreciated.
  10. I have followed the instructions to the letter, and when I try and access the file "stats_daily_products_sales_report.php" I get the following error message Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mirror_out() in /home/mickdieg/public_html/admin/stats_daily_products_sales_report.php on line 110 Can somebody help me on this beauty - seems this contribution does everything I need.
  11. We are currently testing payment services and have chosen Secpay to begin with. However we note that all payments and transactions are performed 'offsite' and therefore we can not defer a payment if a product is out of stock or overdue. Does anybody know whether SecPay allows credit card transactions to be processed 'onsite' so that we retain the information on our server? Also, another question about ProtX / SecPay... Is there a possibility of having a button in each order (in the Admin section) that upon being pressed will process the order via SecPay / ProtX - therefore creating our own deferred payment system. Sometimes our products can take a while to get to us - so therefore a system like this would soothe all our woes! Many thanks for your anticipated help Paul
