Thanks for figuring that out, spou I'm having the same problem. For some reason, the max points available are redeemed automatically towards any and all items in the shopping cart upon checkout (e.g. the customer does not have to add any items from the 'Redemptions' category w/ model 'REDEMPTIONS' in order to redeem his points). The rewards points module also overrides the coupon/gv redemptions. Anyone figured this part out yet? :blink:

Cly, Can you please post what you have so far or what you did for it to give you the tick box and let you redeem. This may be helpful in troubleshooting the rest. Thanks. :)
