    Hello Mister Slattman, I have try to install the last contrib 'product sets V3.5 but its not working. I think I miss here something :

    catalog/admin/product_sets.php

    I can see the list from the selected products but I can't select a product, this the problem. (soory for my English)

    I agree with enigma, use a session and store a serialized variable or something like that.
