  1. Sorry to but in with a totally unrelated query, but I've just installed this module (I'm a total noob) on a relatively clean v2.2 package (although I do have a template), and the display of my products is all squashed as if there is an extra lot of <td></td>. Don't know this is to do with my template or with the product_info.php file or something else, but all was displayed fine before I added the contrib. Has anyone any ideas - a link to the dodgy page is below: http://www.rosariesbymonks.com/product_inf...?products_id=45 (Site is still in development). Many thanks for any help you can give.

Credit card processing default currency, not selected currency

Hi, You may find that this is due more to your credit card processor who may only deal in one currency (and may charge you to accept other currencies)?? Regards
  3. Any joy on the bug yet csj?? >_<
  4. Hi, Has anyone else had this problem that the page can't get past the shipping page and onto payment?? :o any help is much appreciated thanks
  5. No probs - thanks for the contrib. However, I've got past that problem now and the Surface Mail option appears fine on the shop with correct weight etc calculated BUT if it is selected as the shipping method, and then <Continue> is pressed to go on to the payment method, the page merely refreshes as if in a loop so that one never reaches payment!! Any ideas? Thanks
  6. I think you've put the same file in both of the folders in your release package instead of one of the files (the one in /languages/...etc) being the one that declares the text...or have I mucked up the download from your package??
  7. Hi csjwoodward, I've just uploaded the necessary files to the appropriate locations, but when I go into my osCommerce control panel, Modules->Shipping, Surface Rate isn't listed and there is the following fatal error message: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class surface_rate in /homepages/10/d85670999/htdocs/devshopmc/catalog/includes/modules/shipping/surface_rate.php on line 114 Any idea why? Thanks, M
  8. Hi, Any idea when the Surface Mail option contrib might be made available?? Thanks

    SEO Assistant

Yep, but I doubt it's the server environment as I have another site (www.farnboroughabbey.org) on the same server but that works fine with SEO Assistant..!? (returns HTTP/1.1 200 OK) It must therefore be something to do with my setup but I have no idea where to begin as I don't know what would cause this problem... do you know what possible causes are?? Thanks

    Heavy Weights Won't Save

Hi, I have converted my weights from kg to gs. However I noticed that a book I stock (www.theabbeyshop.com) had a weight of only 999.99 g in the DB but in reality it's nearer 5000g! I therefore tried to edit the product details but any weight over 999.99 g that I enter is automatically saved as 999.99!!! Obviously this means I am massively undercharging for postage and I'm making a loss!!!! Please help. Any ideas why this is happening?? Thank you. Max
  16. Given that it doesn't seem that the contrib can handle sending an international package over 2KG, is there a way to just use the $shipping_num_boxes so that if someone put a 5 kg order it would just price it as if it was a 2kg plus a 2kg plus a 1kg order???
  17. Hi, This is a great contrib but I have a slight problem. I have quite a lot of orders from the US which go over 2000g but currently I can't ship to them as the shipping price is about £1000, and for some reason the US customer feel they can't afford it! What do people use for that no-mans land between 2kg (RM International) and 10kg (Citylink) and how?? Any help would be much appreciated.
  18. Surface mail would definately be of a big help to me - has anyone had chance to do this successfully??

    Sage Instant Accounts CSV

Hi, Thanks for this contrib. I installed it as a possible answer to my prayers as I need to transfer my data from my shop (lots of it) into Sage line 50 in order to operate a till system and keep my accountant happy. The install went fine. But when I did the Full update action, it says I only had 8 stock records. Does stock mean products as I have around 800 products that I want to transfer into Sage? Secondly, does anyone know if this is compatable with Sage Line 50 v11 rather than any lesser Sage package?? Thanks,

    Worldpay is making me cry

Hi, I have been reading posts for 2hrs now about the Worldpay callback problem but don't seem to be any nearer surmounting my final obstacle before making my test site a live site...It's 1:30AM, I have to be up in 3 1/2hrs. It's Christmas, someone please have pity on me. I've installed Worldpay v4.0 - 1.9. All files have been uploaded to my server. In Worldpay Admin, Callback is enabled, Use 'Callback response' is enabled, and 'Callback suspended' is enabled, and Callback URL is set to be: http://<wpdisplay item="MC_callback"> SSL is not enabled thus I'm using http and not https. My Worldpay Installation ID has been inputted, my mode is 100 (test mode success setting), Use Pre-Authorisation is True, and Pre-Auth is A. Payment is set to 'Pending'. I have no template contribs or anything, just osC. I get passed from my cart to Worldpay, and enter in the card details. It then verifies it all and gives me the WorldPay 'Thank You' page telling me it's not a live transaction, but was successful and gives my ID info. HOWEVER, it doesn't take me back to my store, and that page remains. I look at the email that comes in regarding the error and the email contains the Transaction ID, the CartID, and my Installation ID. The error reported for the callback failure is a 404 error (i.e. page not found). It's looking for: http://www.mystore.com/wpcallback.php&language=en I therefore click on this link manually and I get an HTTP Error 300 page saying Multiple Choices and giving me the choice of clicking on the hyperlink to file wpcallback.php which I duly do. I'm then transported to my store which Thanks me but says my payment has been cancelled, and then returns me to my shopping basket, obviously with my items to buy still contained therein. From the existing threads people seem to have variants of these issues but suggested solutions don't seem to be helping me. Can anyone give me a definitive course of action before I lose the will to live? :'( Thx.
  21. Sorry about that - many thanks for your help and patience. It now works so far...next comes me trying with some larger amounts of real data!!!!....
  22. Not had a response to my first post below and thought it might just have been missed... Incidentally my php version is 4.4.4. and Mysql version 5.0 in case that has any bearing on the post below..... Thanks
  23. Hi, First time posting so please be gentle... I've installed EasyPopulate 2.76d-MS2. I'm trying to upload the osC test data plus one new row as a test of the functionality. However I get the following errors on the upload: Warning: move_uploaded_file($DOCUMENT_ROOT/catalog/temp/EP2006Dec11-2210v1.txt) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /homepages/10/d85670999/htdocs/devshopmc/catalog/admin/easypopulate_functions.php on line 43 Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to move '/tmp/phphv0wWA' to '$DOCUMENT_ROOT/catalog/temp/EP2006Dec11-2210v1.txt' in /homepages/10/d85670999/htdocs/devshopmc/catalog/admin/easypopulate_functions.php on line 43 File uploaded. Script will terminate. I take this to mean that it can't find the upload temp db file to insert into the DB. In easypopulate I have $tempdir = DIR_FS_DOCUMENT_ROOT . "/catalog/temp/"; I have tried varying this to all combinations of slashes etc after reading other posts....e.g. temp/ and /temp/ and catalog/temp/ and /catalog/temp, etc In catalog/admin/includes/configure.php, I have: define('DIR_FS_DOCUMENT_ROOT', '$DOCUMENT_ROOT'); // where the pages are located on the server and in the same file the variables HTTP_SERVER and HTTP_CATALOG_SERVER do not have a trailing / at the end of the domain name. I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction as to why it can't seem to find the temp directory (incidentally it's permissions are 777). I have a feeling I should be setting $DOCUMENT_ROOT somewhere (to what I'm not sure) but I'm such a newbie that I'm not really sure. Patience is a virtue and any help would be appreciated. Thanks
