  1. Hi Skittles, Thanks for your reply. This option is already set to false in admin. The ?cpath does not appear when this URL is accessed via browsing. Only when accessed via the redirected URL it appears. Any other suggestions? Thanks

Hello, I am trying to do a 301 redirect from one SEO URL to another. e.g. redirect 301 /xyz-c-1-2-3.html http://www.abc.co.uk/xyz-c-2-3.html however when I visit the old URL /xyz-c-1-2-3.html it gets redirected to http://www.abc.co.uk/xyz-c-2-3.html?cpath=1_2_3 Any ideas on why this happens or how to redirect so cpath does not show? Thanks
  3. I have installed this great contribution about 6 months ago. However during a site redesign some of the category levels have changed, e.g. some subcategories have become main categories. Below is an example: http://www.xyz.co.uk/xyz-c-1_34_37.html - old url http://www.xyz.co.uk/xyz-c-34_37.html - NEW url Google had cached the old url and now has also cached the new url of the same category. Because the url's are different and content is the same, we have been given a duplicate content penalty. As SEO URL is installed, both URL's can still be accessed leading to the same content. Is it possible to send a 404 for URLs that do not really exist anymore? Thanks for you help.

    Protx Direct v2.22

    Hi there, I posted earlier on that I was having problem with Protx 2.4 and with FEC installed. If the AVS value of CV2 do not match, the customer just gets a message transaction declined, and does not get a explanation. I havent been able to resolve it still, I would be grateful for any assistance.

    Hi thanks for your reply. I have rules set in protx admin that do not allow a transaction if CVV value or AVS not ok between a certain range. Could this be the reason?

    Andy, I'm no expert on this...you put the vendor name in the configuration of the module? Also have you set up your ip address in vsp admin?

    Firstly I would like to thank you guys for this great contribution. Everything is working fine except for one issue. I am using the latest contribution with FEC module. When incorrect CVV number is entered, the customer gets redirected to fec_shipping page. At top of page in red strip it says: Authorisation declined by bank. - Message : DECLINED - Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason. Please correct any information and try again or contact us for further assistance. This transaction shows up in failed transactions page in protx. It also shows that the cvv number did not match. I am just concerned why the new friendly CVV error does not show up in the red line? The error that comes (above) does not give the customer any information about why the transaction was declined and then they just go away. Thanks you in advance for your assistance.
