Hi there,

 

I'm looking for a shipping module, that let me set up shipping costs for each product.

The thing that concerns me a little bit is, how the backend of existing modules is calculating the costs.

 

For example I want to set up shipping classes:

"letter" for very flat and lightweight products, cost 1

"small parcel" for medium weight products, cost 2

"parcel" for big products, cost 3

"forwarder agent" for very heavy and big products, cost 4

 

When the customer have a mixed class order, class "letter" and "forwarder agent", the module should only apply the costs for the "forwarder agent", so that the customer only have to pay for the most expensive shipping method and not for two methods.

 

Do any of you know, what existing module have this included, or what other experiences you have ??

I have been proving several contributions of the official page and see that they are obsolete (for example, it does not have net nor gross price single price bases since use completes version oscommerce-2.2ms2-060817) then wanted to know if some of you you will have some contribution or source code that does the following thing:

 

- Each product has its cost of bearings

or

- Per weight, multiplied euros Xs by kilos
