hi im running creloaded 6.15 and am using the protx form payment module. for some time now the same problem has happenned for a few customers but not all. its happennig once or twice a day. heres the process a customer buys a product on our site, they go to protx to pay, the payment is taken and when protx confirms the payment and tries to get to http://www.battech.co.uk/checkout_process.php it times out and the customer is shown an error. at this stage the money has been taken but unfortunately the order was not processes on the site correctly so we cant see it. the error message is: 5:TxNotifyVendor: VClass: Invalid procedure call or argument VPS DEBUG: ERROR -2147012894:VPSPostHandler WinHTTP: The operation timed out. Transaction completed successfully HTTP POST Failed 5:TxNotifyVendor: VClass: Invalid procedure call or argument Transaction has been completed. Attempting to contact the Vendor... ive tried a urlencoding fix, made the site purchased without account only, spoken to protx support and looked in various forums. is this something that anyone thinks they may be able to help with. ive been working on it for a week and have no idea as to whats going on. hi there, im installing this contribution on creloaded 6.2b2b and all seems to work except when i press confirm to generate the frames it doesnt show the orders...instead it shows the login screen for the admin section in each frame. is there no way to continue the sesion or pull a cookie so it doesnt require a relogin?? ive tested it on 6.15 and it works 100% fine, now im using 6.208 and its a pain....help please Sean

in short...yes! theres a section on my versio called purchase without account. its in the configuration section under accounts. theres a single option there called purchase without account which you need to set to true. then all is good and people can actually buy things from you without actually having to sign their life away Sean

im using creloaded 6.15 and have installed visitor web stats contribution. everything the install file asked me was in place and it seems that the database is collecting information. what im having trouble with is accessing the report... its not showing in the reports dropdown box and i cant access visitors.php because of a permissions problem. what! i screamed as i am a top administrator. i tried to modify my permissions but i cant see the visitors.php file in my permissions editor. how can i add it please and how can i get the report to show with the rest of the reports. cheers Sean
