Hi there,
Just to give you a bit of background, we have been running Ultimate SEO URLs 2.1c for a long time until October when we upgraded to 2.2.2 . About a month or so later, I noticed in "Google Sitemaps", dynamic URL's such as the ones generated by SEO URL's contribution were appearing as inaccessable (404 errors). As a result, after a few crawl attempts, Google dumped all dynamically generated URL's into the supplemental results. About 3-4 weeks ago, we rolled back to 2.1d in the hopes that things would go back to normal but the issues still remain.
I think I figured the reason for the 404's but not sure how to fix it. Here is the server response code:
HTTP/1.x 404 Not Found

The server is returning 404 but still displaying the page. What might be causing this?
Any insight would be very much appreciated.
Thanks.
