    One Page Checkout Support

Steve, thanks for your tireless support. I'm a little confused as to which paypal module I should be using for this contribution. I've always assumed that Paypal IPN is the preferred module but should I be using Paypal standard in actual fact? Thanks Martin

    One Page Checkout Support

Hi all Thanks for the on going support with this contribution. I think I may be missing something here (literally)! Am I using a different version of Oscommerce to others because I don't have the file: includes/languages/english/modules/payment/paypal_standard.php in my original Osc installation? The reason I ask is because it is referred to in the module install and it's thrown up these in my payment modules: Warning: main(/home/sites/public_html/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/paypal_standard.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/sites/public_html/admin/modules.php on line 129 Warning: main(/home/sites/public_html/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/paypal_standard.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/sites/public_html/admin/modules.php on line 129 Warning: main() [function.include]: Failed opening '/home/public_html/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/paypal_standard.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /home/sites/public_html/admin/modules.php on line 129 thanks Martin

    One Page Checkout Support

Hey Steve thanks for your response, much appreciated. These are the errors I'm getting (ouch! it looks a mess) Can I just say one thing too..the site is of adult nature so I've altered the domain name in this post as I wouldn't want to cause any offense to anyone reading this post...but the errors are as is. This is checkout.php Thanks again Martin Notice: Undefined variable: payment in /home/sites/jls.com/public_html/includes/classes/onepage_checkout.php on line 1507 Notice: Use of undefined constant MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_DISCOUNT_COUPON_STATUS - assumed 'MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_DISCOUNT_COUPON_STATUS' in /home/sites/jls.com/public_html/checkout.php on line 50 Notice: Use of undefined constant MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_DISCOUNT_COUPON_STATUS - assumed 'MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_DISCOUNT_COUPON_STATUS' in /home/sites/jls.com/public_html/includes/classes/onepage_checkout.php on line 149 Notice: Use of undefined constant MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_DISCOUNT_COUPON_STATUS - assumed 'MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_DISCOUNT_COUPON_STATUS' in /home/sites/jls.com/public_html/includes/classes/onepage_checkout.php on line 212 Notice: Use of undefined constant MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_DISCOUNT_COUPON_STATUS - assumed 'MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_DISCOUNT_COUPON_STATUS' in /home/sites/jls.com/public_html/includes/classes/onepage_checkout.php on line 224 Notice: Use of undefined constant MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_DISCOUNT_COUPON_STATUS - assumed 'MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_DISCOUNT_COUPON_STATUS' in /home/sites/jls.com/public_html/includes/classes/onepage_checkout.php on line 269 Notice: Use of undefined constant MODULE_PAYMENT_PAYPAL_IPN_TEXT_EMAIL_FOOTER - assumed 'MODULE_PAYMENT_PAYPAL_IPN_TEXT_EMAIL_FOOTER' in /home/sites/jls.com/public_html/includes/modules/payment/paypal_ipn.php on line 25 Notice: Undefined variable: pass in /home/sites/jls.com/public_html/includes/modules/order_total/ot_shipping.php on line 41

Hi All Shame about this contribution because it would be superb to have this as a permanent fixture in an Osc site, but it looks like there have been many issues with it. I've just run through the install on a test site and although I'm no PHP expert I've installed many osc contributions successfully but have been unable to get this one to work. I just get a blank screen when going to checkout?? I've scanned through many of the posts here but cannot find anything referring to it. Has anyone had the same issue or know why I might have this? From what I can see/feel the installation went to plan and the instructions were clear. I'm using Paypal_IPN as the payment mod. Cheers Martin

    Confused with Streamline and Worldpay

Top man Martin. Thanks very much for this info. Priceless for me as I've been at a bit of a loss. Can I just ask you, does the Worldpay module in Oscommerce just integrate easily with this. I've noticed that there is a pre installed one called Worldpay Junior? Once again, your a star for giving me this info! Martin

    Confused with Streamline and Worldpay

Hi All I'm very confused about Streamline and Worldpay. A customer of mine has a Streamline account which he already uses to take credit card payments over the phone. He's now asked if this can be integrated into a website I'm about to develop for him. Is this possible? ie is Streamline and online payment gateway or is Worldpay the online payment arm of Streamline. Thanks in advance for any help. Martin
  8. Just to let you know. I re did all the contributions and it all works fine now. Thanks for your help. Martin
  9. I'll check thanks. Can I just ask though, are you confident that this should work with the HTML editor? Or have you used your contribution in tandem with another editor that you can recommend. Thanks Martin
  10. Sam, thanks for taking a look. I perhaps need to try and explain a little clearer. I think I complicated my post by adding the bit about adding images to the product description. That's not the issue. It's the product listing. If I added a product now, then for some reason the product image does show but the product is added and the image is uploaded to the 'catalog/images' folder. The existing default products that come with the initial OSCommerce install all show as they should with thumbnail views. It's just adding new products. I'd be happy to give you the login to the admin area if it helps at all. This is purely just a testing area for me. Thanks again Martin
  11. Sam I see you're around. Did you have any thoughts on the above problem. If not fine but please let me know. Thanks Martin
  12. Hi Just wondering if anyone had any ideas with my issue outlined above. Getting a bit desperate with it now. Many Thanks Martin
  13. Hi Lovely contribution and just what OSC needs. I've got a problem which I just can't figure out. I installed the contribution and all went well. The original images all show correctly, however when I add my own products then the image doesn't show? I think the easiest thing would be to show you. I have a test site set up here and as you can see the enhancement works fine with the pre installed products: http://six22.biz/osc/index.php?cPath=1_4 but if you look here, this is a test product i've added: http://six22.biz/osc/index.php?cPath=1_17 There should be an image but it's not showing up? I'd appreciate any suggestions. I do also have the contribution WYSIWYG HTMLAreaMS2v1_7 installed but this also seems to be working correctly as I can add images to the description body. Many thanks Martin

    Most Recommended Contribs?

Hi Robert I sympathise with you and I have to be honest 2 years ago I was in exactly the same position as you and that's pretty much how long it's taken me to get the moderate level of understanding of OSCommerce. I'm no programmer. The truth is there isn't a quick fix with it. In order to use it you do have to know the bones and organs of it and even then it can bite you back and that's why you need the basics. There is a product called Cre-loaded out there and I believe that does come pre installed with certain features but I've never used it so try and Google it. If it turns out to be brilliant then please let me know. Good luck Martin
