Ok, I lied! Just re-installed it and it works now.

I have downloaded infobox admin contribution to install for my shop. It says I have to run the sql command that is included on my database to change the tables etc. Is it possible to do this without the use of programs such as PHPMyAdmin? Thanks muchly
