    This also could be a KO factor. Not everyone needs 30-40 or more payments methods. At the end, I would say, ~95% are not in use.
    I would say 10 or 15, maybe 20 but not more, most important methods and all others as Add-On's. At Version 2.3.4.1 there are alone 23 methods of Moneybookers, today Skrill. Most of them are only for 1, 2 or 3 European countries. So why should a store e.g. in Singapore have all those methods in the box? I prefer a smaller and clearer , but faster system without to much overload.

    Thank you Jack.
    I believe using Wordpress for ecommerce a plugin or addition is required. I think Bluehost offered the bundle according to a support tech I talked to. It didn't make sense to me so I am shying away from that setup.

    I shut down my website LONG ago. Not many sales even though I was on the first page of Google search results. I'm not a coder by any means of the word but I stumbled through all the updates, add-ons, etc...
    Since I still own my original web name/address am thinking of creating a site for my wife and one for me again. I originally was hosted at Bluehost and they even recommended osCommerce and offered me some support with it. Now they are setup for and suggesting Wordpress which I know nothing about for ecommerce use.
    Is v4 ready for prime time? Seems like not many forum post since 2021.
    Is the layout and theme easily customizable? Or will I need coding experience?
    One site will do fine with the horizontal menu in the header the other site would work better with the old "More Categories" style menu.
    Something like this along the left side of the site when viewed on a PC.
    Models
    Cars ->
    Trucks ->
    Motorcycles ->
    Boats ->
    Paints
    Testors bottles ->
    Testors spray ->
    Tamiya bottles ->
    Tamiya spray ->
    Etc...
    I'm in the U.S. and looking for PayPal payment method and USPS shipping method.
    I originally used XAMPP on my PC to test editing before uploading to host. Can I still use XAMPP or is there something else I would need?

    You can look at the history file in the latest version to see the changes made since yours. Some are important so, yes, you should upgrade.

    Then maybe you aren't using this contribution (there are others simularly named) or you didn't upload the database changes?

    Three additional images contributions actually.

    Additional Images 2.x
    More Pics 6 1.3 or previous
    UltraPics Pics 2.0.x

    there was an "unknown images" contribution in the versions previous to 2.76i. in 2.76i it was replaced by an known "ultra pics". If you look back to version 2.76h you might find the one you need. You'll have to understand how the big image changes you database to confirm that code is right. always backup.

    > Modified version of Big Images 1.25 (replaces the pop-up images)
    EP won't import the big image name for you, base image should be fine.

    > Header Tags SEO (not sure which version anymore)
    Partial support, supports the product fields

    > Image Subdirectories 2.0
    shouldn't matter

    > More Category Boxes (not sure of version)
    don't know

    > Product Short Description (not sure of version - this one or this one)
    should be able to add the nec. field in the products_description table setup in EP

    > Optional Related Products 4
    no support

    > Modified version of Show Sold Out Items 1.1
    no support

    > Probably no effect - Ultimate SEO URLs 2.1d Original Updated
    no affect

    I have not heard of any off-line version to assist in product entry, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist, try google.

    I think most folks work smaller sections at a time. ready 20 products in a spreadsheet, copying in the stray data before uploading.

    Also, your Car & Truck Model category gets changed to truck-models so, yes, I suggest upgrading. You can try changing the small word limit in the settings in admin first. You may have a version it worked in but I'm pretty sure it never did work.

    I just tried it here and it fails the same way. That's one of those things no one probably ever thought to look at. I don't know the reason why it is failing but I will take a look at it when I can.
