But when it comes to MYSQL well i do get a bit lost, i have just installed the Links Manager V1.5 and it all looks good, then i got to this bit of the installation: ------------------------------------ Further SQL CHANGES: ------------------------------------ 1. Problem solved i have dturn off seo urls in my admin panle which is now working thanks !!

HELP !! I have installed the lastes version of seo urls, i have since tried to downlaod my site from my live server and work on it via localhost, i can see my front page but when i click any other catergory, product i get page can not be displayed, i am lead to believe this is something to do with my seo contrib i have installed is there any way i can get my site working on localhost ?? I am having problems with customers not returning to my site for check out after after using paypal on the basic installation, is there any contribs i could install to stop order slipping through the net ?? The money is going into paypal but not into the admin side of my site !! thanks

I am having problems with people not checking out !! I only offer Paypal payments at the moment, i have set paypal to return to site so customers checkout but more and more now people are paying and not checking out !! My paypal invoices do not shouw what they have ordered so i end up e-mailing to find out the order again !! Is there any way round this making sure people check out properly, when we are busy i do tend to miss the odd one !! Thanks

How do you guys edit your files when adding contribs ?? Do you use a php editor or file manager in admin panel ?? also i was adding a contrib this week and it said " add the following code to the end of what ever file" and at the end was this ?> do i add after that or before it ? the contrb did not work so i have abondoned it for now !! Skittles, thanks for that, so by just copy and pasting the manufacturer descriptions it puts you down the ranking hey !!!! i suppose that makes sense..thanks.. I will certainly look at those things you have suggested, how do i get the google base feed going ?? and would you suggest i not bother with the header tags ?? i really want to work hard to get this site noticed, so please if anyone could offer any support/tips for getting traffic i would greatly appreciate it. thanks for taking the time to look, i added the wrong .htaccess script, was looking for directory !! When i am inputting new products should i be putting somthing in to the seo urls box in the product info ?? if so what should i be putting ?? has anyone experiance with the google feed that bobby has done, does it work ok with this contrib ?? also should i now put cdynamic, header tags in ?? thanks darren
