Hi Gotham M I'm having the same problem, but i cant help you much Im afraid... All I could find so far was this response here...http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=197736 They seem to suggest Deleting the Language in question, completely from Admin Localisation then adding it again, after your edits, with the language in the correct/original sequence in your phpMyAdmin table Im a bit scared to try this 'cause ive got so much data to loose within the 3 languages/data tables that I want to temp disable... Anybody found any better/confirmed solutions ? ta Nadege

Please disregard my "DIZZY" last post above I remembered that reconfiguring the master options for QTPro drop-downs is done in Config "Stock" The Tax duplication issue was solved by deleting an empty Tax Zone and associated Tax Rate My apologies Any guidance with QTPro Pad and languages restrictions would still be most appreciated Merci beacoup Nadege

Hi I have just solved my previous issue of tax displayed twice and added twice to checkout_confirmation total. Embarrassingly simple, but I thought Id post the solution to help any future punters tripping over the same issue (Ive noticed a few lurking sadly in past forums ). FIX I have many Tax zones I had moved all the countries in one Tax zone to other Tax zones Instead of deleting the empty Tax zone, Id left it standing. This was the mistake. Once I had deleted the empty Tax zone, and the corresponding Tax Rate settings Id constructed for it, the problem disappeared. I hope this helps

Hi In addition to the language configuration issue prev posted... 1. Im also finding that when i reconfigure the options for QTPro drop downs- that my changes dont register. Eg. When i reset 'Show out of Stock Attributes", "Mark out of stock attributes" Display Out of Stock Message Line" and "Prevent Adding Out of Stock to CArt"- nothing happens. Im using QTP v.4.1. I cant fully understand the install manual... Where should I start to look to fix this issue ? Javascript ? Or does it need a complete reinstall...??? If so..will I need to re-enter all my stock- (about 1000 combinations = 2 full mindnumbing days of entry) 2. Tax is displaying and added twice in checkout_confirmation page. Could this possibly be due to a similar QTPro code break such as that fixed by xmanflash (Tax fix for QTPro Visible Attributes Prices 6 Sep 2006 ) ? Many Thanks kind people Nadege

Hi again Aleem Im not sure if this will assist you further with the language pad - base investigation... ( From m previous post you'll remember that in sequenced mode, no attribute showed in the second French dropdown whatsoever, And drop down order was reversed for Chinese and Japanese). but Ive found that when I swap configuration from sequenced drop-down - to multiple drop downs or single drop downs, that all the attributes are displyed under all languages. Its just that now, absolutely ALL attributed combinations are displyed ( in single drop down) without discrimination. ie every entered colour combining with every entered size- not just the actual/required combinations. Maybe some clue in line 74 of pad_sequenced_dropdowns.php function _draw_stocked_attributes() { global $languages_id; $out=''; or in cat/admin/classes/language.php lines 19-78 but I'm just stabbing in the dark cause I cant read code...bummer thanks for your kind assistance Nadege

Hi I have two drop down fields in the product info page displayed by QT Pro in "sequenced" mode, . It all works fine in the English, German and Spanish pages. But 1. in all the products displayed in the Japanese and Chinese pages... the drop down field which should be displayed first (colour) is displayed second and the Drop down field which should be second (size) is displayed first. This stuffs up the whole flow and the result is gobble-dee-gooked. 2. The French Pages show the drop down fields in proper order All the options in the first drop down (color) are displayed below But no options show up in the second drop down Thanks for any advice you may be able to offer nadege

I ran some tests with MultiGEoZone Multi Table (MGZMT) and its not the problem Im still getting tax displaying, and charged, twice in the Cart Confirmation page. Other installed contributions include... QT Pro Paypal IPN v1.3 Quickbooks qbi_v2_10b Header Tags Controller v2.5.9 Max in Cart All Products v4.4 Down for Maintenance One CLick Cart- checkout alternative v2.0 Any feedback would be really appreciated Many Thanks Nadege

All Tax Zones have same Tax Class No duplication of Tax Zones on Tax Rates page Order Total Module -are set in sequence I use MultiGeo Zone Multi Table Shipping Module (MGZMT) Shipping calculations to Cart/Confirmation - all work fine 18 Geozones are set in MGZMT- I only use 14 , with 4 spare The MGZMT sections are all defined in various language MGZMT.php's Possible problem ? : Could the spare Geozones be calling a MGZMT in-built "Rest Of World" feature ?? Has anyone worked out yet how to get QTPro to work with sequenced drop-downs ? Is it possible- or is there a bug that needs fixing in the javascript etc ? Any asistance wuld be greatly apreciated With many thanks Nadege
