  1. I am having a problem with the text area portion of the option type feature. It works perfect in Firefox, but in Internet Explorer the text area is so skinny that you can't see the text that you are typing. In Opera, the text area is not visible at all.

Please help, I really need customers to be able to enter text on the product info page. It will be used for the customization of signs. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

I have found a workaround for this problem. If you create another product attribute on the same product, like a dropdown menu, the text area attribute will be the same width of the dropdown menu attribute. So if you make tha dropdown menu say "enter text below...............", that will give you sufficient space for your users to write in the text area.

    I hope this helps someone.

  2. Hello, does anyone know how to change the color of the "What's new here?" text when using the BTS? I tried changing the includes/languages/english/index.php file to include font color info, but it did some weird stuff to the page and did change the font color.

I notice that the text is red in the help template, but I can't figure out where it is changed. Please help. Thanks

I have the exact same problem. What is interesting to me, is that the text area is perfect when viewed in FireFox, super skinny in Internet Explorer, and non-existant in Opera.

I could sure use some help also, because this contribution is exactly what I need. I need it to work on at least IE6 and Firefox though.

    Please, someone help us!!

    Thanks.
