Imagemagic has been working great for me on the customer side, however I have a few broken images on the admin side. I'd like to know how to resolve this problem as it effects my invoices(i have to turn imagemagic OFF to get my logo on the invoices). When looking closely at the images specs it just point to a directory, not to the image, I right clicked and selected, "View Image" and i got : "No input file specified". This is only on two images, but one of those is the logo and it's important. How do I go about fixing this? I poured through the instructions again with no progress.

Sorry to bother yall, But I have figured out the problem :) Not really sure how I did, but the problem was NOT in the file I ahd mentioned earlier but in admin/includes/classes/order.php I thought that maybe since everything looked right it must be looking for information from another file. Then I thought the only thing I did different was just cut and paste the help from djmonkey. But apprently I think there may have been a typo mr. djmonkey... cuz it was acting all narsty, but taken what you have told and taught me I went in there myself and hunted around and got to keep both contribs and both are working great. UGH! i'm confused. Now it's a different error. i gave full access to them after trying all sorts of different combos. they are currently 777..... .... ......... AH-HA! after further investigation, i chmod the folder to 777, but not the actual images themselves. they are now set to 644 and are currently working. thanks a bunch guys.

that was the first thing I checked. Yes, they are in the correct directory, and I viewed the images before I uploaded them(so I know they are not corrupt). I have image magick installe,d but even if I turn imagemagick off it doesn't affect the outcome, so thats not it either.

Imagemagick installed without a hitch and it's awesome. I noticed an immediate differnece in loading and image quality...HOWEVER! In the admin section of the site, the admin logo and the online catalog icon do not appear. At first I thought I may have broke something, but when i turn imagemagic off, they show up. Any ideas? has this happened to others? The dimensions are the same as the original pics, so I have no clue what could be causing it. please help as it's rather annoying, and in order to print an invoice with the logo on it, i have to go and turn off image magick to get it to show up.

installed this contirb with no isues whatsoever so far, EXCEPT.... none of the images are showing up! I tried chmod the images and thier directories... I triple checked the instructions... I just don't seem to understand why the images seem broken. Any ideas on how to fix this? I thought it might have been an upload error(binary instead of ascii, etc.) but that didn't make a lick of difference. Anyone else have this problem and solve it?

Trying to install Order editor to better serve my customers. I think I may have installed it correctly, but due to some code modifcation for my "packing slip w/ product images" contrib, I had some confusion upon installation, and wouldn't you know it, i got an error. SOOOOOOOOOOO does anyone have better documentation on how to install this contrib, and had anyone installed this contrib while having the Packing slip w/ product images contrib? Yes, I do need both. Below is the error I got after the install, I have no idea how to correct it and I went to error located in the file... and saw nothing that said ,"hey this is the error". Maybe it was installed but needed to be configured, the documentation mentioned something about this but did not give a how-to. any help... is greatly appreciated. ok listed below is the error. Any ideas? Had an error on line 45 of admin/includes/filenames.php was referring to "define('FILENAME_TAX_RATES', 'tax_rates.php');"

Noticed you guys are jazzin' up Extra Images, A mod I just installed. It's cute, but I was told that it would post the images in a way, so When I clicked the default product image, that default image would popup and have additional photos listed within that popup window to view other product images. I thought this would be cool, because the default product page wouldn't have to load more images, only the popup which would voluntarily be selected by the customer. Is this a feature and I installed it wrong or what?

Well I finally got Product Tab working which is aweosme btw. Only thing, it displays product information TWICE! Once in the Tab, and a second time outside of the tab. I looked in admin to see if there as a feature to fix it... no such luck. I tried putting the description in another window... only to have it appear in another tab. :( Can someone help me before my customers think I'm a moron.

Curious to know. I was looking to add a "How'd you find the site" field. and I wanted to do soemthing nifty like like have a lsit of viable options for the user. IS that possible? btw I successfully installed the mod, your instructions were excellent. Great mod. trying to find other ways to sue the mod... but drawing blanks... maybe i need more coffee. any light that youc an shed on the topic would be rgeatly appreciated. ~J

I'm still searching for an answer to this issue as well. Unfortunately no one seems to know. I've gotten no responses back, only more questions is what I find. If I do solve this issue, I will post it here for you and message you to let you know it was resolved. Anyone else, if you know how this can be setup I'd appreciate it.

This seems like the contrib I need to install for my store, however, IS there a way to charge people per letter after a default amount. Say the first 10 letters are free, anything there after is + $0.10, and it gets added to their total. Can this do that or is there a mod to allow it to do so?
