Anybody here? Need help with attribute bug pretty bad. My bestseller is now unpurchasable! Help please.

Hi Guys: I have OSC 2.2 and I have added Chandra'a attribute contribution (1.7X), and it's been working fine for close to two years. I left this same question on that support thread days ago, and no responses. I'm desperate. All of a sudden, as of a week ago, I went to edit my best selling product, and when I uploaded, all the attributes are gone. Try as I might, I cannot reset the attributes (it's a custom product with LOTS of options, and I'm running a Christmas sale on it!). Also, I tried adding a new tester product with attributes, and the product will go in, but the attributes don't. All of my other products for which I have previously added attributes work, and all the attributes are there, but I dare not try to edit them because the same thing will happen. The ONLY thing different, that I can tell, is that my server admin upgraded php to 4.4.7. At this point, my urgent need is to fix my bestseller asap! But also, my OSC is unable to grow now. I NEED to be able to ass new products and install attributes. Please, please. ANY help is greatly appreciated! Rick

I am unable to add any options to my products, whether old products or new. All the options previously added are showing up fine, but when I go through admin and try to edit an existing product, it deletes all the options attached to that product, and new products cannot have options added either. The ONLY thing different is that we recently upgraded php to 4.4.7 Can you guys help at all? This is costing me serious money, as I'm having a huge sale and my best-selling product suddenly has no options ... and requires a lot of them for a correct order! Desperate here! Rick

Hi: I jujst installed EasyPopulate 2.9. When I hit the EasyPopulate link in my admin nav bar, this is what my page looks likje. Is this right?????
