Hi Oleh, sorry that you have error with the contribution. Question, Did you replace the file in your /catalog/contact_us.php or did you replace the /catalog/includes/languages/english/contact_us.php . Sometimes by accident someone may replace the wrong file. The correct file to work with is the /catalog/contact_us.php Hope this helps if not let me know.
