    Hmmm... I know that the wiki gives information with screenshots but even that is different to the actual admin included in the first release. It's a nightmare to arrange menus how you want them. I want a mega menu and there is indeed a post on another topic confirming it's possible but the screenshot provided is completely different and I can' get the menu to appear the way I want it. We need proper documentation, a series of basic videos perhaps, (youtube) to just get acquainted with the way things work and give an idea of what can be achieved. This isn't a complaint or moan but a cry for help. I'm sure I'm not the only person struggling in getting to grips with OSCv4.

    Just adding some test products and whenever I try to add a product image I get an error 'Your session expired'. Doesn't matter if I browse or drag and drop the image. Any ideas?

    Thanks Ivan. I did look at the wiki but still think maybe a nice simple follow along creating a new theme would help enormously.

    I have been trying to get my head around the theme design and I'm lost. I've tried to create one from scratch but I think you should have a detailed tutorial on offer to help those like myself. Incidentally, I have deleted some of the themes built in, how do I get them back? Can I import them back in?

    What does the '301 Permanent Redirect' option actually do? Is it supposed to write to the .htaccess file?

    Hello all, just a quick question. Is it possible to change the url of a product from: https://mysite.com/abk10-advent-black-compatible-inkjet-cartridge.html to: https://mysite.com/abk10.html. I just want the model number in the url and not the product name. Been looking through trying to find out where the url is generated from but can't find anything that helps. I understand that this is quite old now but my website (2.3.4.1 -Frozen) is working well otherwise and I am using the PRO version of the app.

    I expect there is to be paid apps for V4 but do you have any details of price structures? Or maybe this will be based on the app/addon itself? Also, is there an eta on the list of features that will come 'out-of-the-box' ?

    When you say additional apps or add-ons will be needed to enable Ebay and Amazon integration, will you be creating these add-ons?

    I am using OSCommerce Frozen and have the shipping's 'allow free shipping' option set to true(within order totals). I need to make the free shipping option be based off the subtotal amount rather than the total amount within the shopping cart. Is this possible? I need to have free shipping activated when the subtotal is over £118. At the moment free shipping is showing when the overall total ( including subtotal and tax) is over £99. In simple terms i want free shipping to trigger when the sub total order value is £99.

    Where is the paypal option? Is this in the checkout_payment page?

    Thanks for all the responses guys. Paypal is working correctly in the way the cart is performing. I do have 'In-Context' flow enabled and also I did notice that this was depreciated. This led to my initial question of the version number for Paypal Express.

    Hi all, I'm using v2.3.4.1 CE (FROZEN) and am using the in-built Paypal payment method, Paypal Express (ayPal App v5.018 ). Is this the latest or most up to date version of the app? Also when testing in sandbox mode, the paypal log in screen appears, full screen once you select your payment method and click continue. It does not go to the confirmation page and then ask you to go to the Paypal server. Is this correct? I would prefer to have the Paypal screen be inside a popup instead or a full screen, anyone out there who use this know if it's possible to achieve? Many thanks

    Got it working... was a conflict with another add-on.

    Nope, must be something conflicting. It's working on my default frozen site but not on my main site. This site is quite heavily modded too so I guess I will be busy searching through it. Great add-on.Thanks for your help.

    Hmmm... @JcMagpie done as you instructed but I don't get any model cart pop-up. I just get the default cart as normal. I have even tried it on a default install of Frozen in case there was a conflict.. Maybe it's me. Will try re-installing it. Just to clarify copy the files minus the 'Hooks' section then use the supplied template file?
