Hi Everybody!

 

I installed Multi-stores (Multistores v2.0 with corrections V2.0 16 may 2009 With one database and one admin you can make lot's of oscommerce store. You can define configuration database table for each store- configuration1, conf2 and so on ) and after Ultimate SEO Urls ( 2.1e ORIGINAL updated 14 Jun 2009) too. The problem is, if I would like to configure SEO url-s I can configure only one store and the others not.

The store I can configure is always other. I have no idea what to do. I need search engine safe urls.

 

If anybody can help please don't hesitate smile.gif

I tried to install SEO-G but unfortunatelly my site does't load after upload includes/functions/html_output.php.

 

If I copy

 

//-MS- SEO-G Added

$link = $g_seo_url->get_seo_url($link, $separator);

//-MS- SEO-G Added EOM

 

in the file my page doesn't work..

 

Do You have any idea?

Hi Zsolt,

 

I have just got hold of a book called 'Deep Inside Oscommerce' which details exactly how to do this.

 

Check it out here!

 

The recipe you need is No. 69 and is in Chapter 11 and shows you in detail how to add a different currency to each product.

 

As a newbie to oscommerce I have found this book invaluable in making my store (which is still in development) look and feel great.

HI All!

 

I have some problems.

 

Product information I upload to my database contain prices in Euro and Hungarian forint (HUF), for output on the web I only want prices in HUF.

 

I have to set wich currency is usable the current product.

I have to set the rate in an easy way. (each month)

 

I found a contribution, but I am not a programmer, i can't use that not customized script.

If you just copied the patched files like the new ones you are asking for troubles ! Once you have changed a file for one contribution you will have to do any other changes for other contributions by hand.

You should be able to solve this fairly easily if you can backtrack which contribution might have included the function you are now missing. It is probably something from an admin protecting/user level entry contribution and you should find that one function within the installation files for that contribution and copy it inside the admin/includes/functions/general.php as you have now (maybe there are more functions to copy but you should be able to tell according to the changes described for that other contribution).

Can it be you just copied the provided general.php from the TotalB2B contribution over your admin general.php ? Somehow you have undone changes needed for another contribution while installing TotalB2B.

 

 

I modified sql tables, than copied the new files and the patched files to the require directories.

I did everything what the readme.txt said. Can't do it _:(
