Search results problem...

05 February 2013 - 06:27 PM

Having a strange problem with my osC 2.3.3 search results.

Example:

I enter Mustang in the quick find box (even with advanced search)...
The results will display lots or all of the Mustangs, but it will also display some items with Ford and Camaro in the name.

The Ford and Camaro products do not contain the word "Mustang" anywhere on the product page or title.

Any ideas on how to fix?

P.S. the word Mustang is in the title (product name) and description.

2.2 or 2.3.3? I'll explain...

Pain in the butt back again... (w00t)

I really want to be able to use 2.3.3 but might have to use RC2a.

The site really needs:
I have tried finding ones that would work with 2.3.3 but was unlucky.

Any ideas?

Banging head against wall

osC 2.3.3 images in sub-directories... how?

13 December 2012 - 10:36 PM

In v2.2 we could add sub-directories. I used an addon even though later heard you just had to type in the insert box...

I can't type in the image location insertion box. I have tried 3 addons so far. Two didn't work at all, one showed promise - Gallery image subdirectory V1.01, but only works for the large image. I really need it to work for both the Main & Large Images. I tried playing around with the code but I just kept breaking things.

Any ideas as to how I can accomplish my mission for image sub-directories? (with-out hiring a programmer lol)

Also - what's up with the image being called "Main", turns out to be a thumbnail that I have to create. Or is something wrong with my install?

Me starting to think I should not have deleted my customized 2.2 version. :o :(

Breadcrumb trail background to far to right

11 December 2012 - 09:48 PM

I am working on a fresh install of osC 2.3.3 on my XAMPP Localhost.

The background bar image goes past the right column edge (about 10px).

I have checked using Firefox and I can't find anything that could be causing it.

I double checked my files and can't find anything wrong.

Any ideas where to look?

osC 2.3.3 adding space between infoboxes

09 December 2012 - 03:27 PM

I have been searching all the files but can't find away to add blank space between the infoboxes.

I did notice in a few files mention of column left and column right but there's no such files.

Is the spacing handled by a jquery file?

:(
