Ok, here's what I have.

If I have an order that totals (before tax) <= $25, the shipping charge is a flat $6.50. Ok, that's the easy part.

If I have an order that totals (before tax) between $25 and $499, the shipping charge is 21%. How do I institude percentages in the table method?

Need an answer or solution pretty quick! Thanks!

this is under the /catalog/admin/ panel. When I click the Shipping button under the Modules tab, and pull up "Table Rate", this is what I have for its properties.

The Shipping Table line is KEY. I know that what I have isn't correct. I need to know how I can replace what I have with the correct values. Please please please I need an answer on this; it's the only thing from keeping my site from going live.
