This used to work no problem for me.
I have since undergone some cosmetic changes to a site, as well as restoring my db.
All appears to be working as intended, other than the sales tax.
All my products have the net price with a tax class set in the back office, which is working fine. However on the site itself, it displays on the net price (price without UK VAT).
Secondly, the shipping and payment modules do not appear on the check out process if I enable a payment zone in each of these modules respectively, and thus they are available when I disable the payment zone, although they do not pick up on the tax that needs to be added.
I have had this working before and the site has had and has regular customers. I should add that I have followed the 'Tax Zones' documentation that comes with the 2.3.1 package to the letter, it seems to make no difference.
At this time, there are no addons installed.
Could anyone point me in the right direction please?
