The shipping company is in Canada but the module is returning shipping costs in $ CAN. How can I get the module to return costs in $ US?

If your store is based in Canada, you will receive Canadian quotes for shipping.  However, if you have both Canadian and US currencies in your store with Canadian as the default, then the cost is converted to Canadian at checkout.  (US customers are charged the exchange rate as set in your currencies area of admin)

I want only US currencies to show. How do I do that?

Also, I would like to ship samples at a cost of $0.00 via UPS. How do I do that? I get
