Hi,

i am testing and do programming for V3 core. I have just finalized my first more instructive than usefull admin Cart Info application under BSD licence. I was wonder how can we do something in new V3 core which looks like fantastic.

Cart Info shortcut icon is brodcasting evey registered customers shopping carts.
