Hi,

We have an OsCommerce website that used the earlier version of the Protx Direct. recently when the URL changes had to be made based on requirement from SagePay, even after alterations were made, we were getting the 'Invalid/Ols URL' error. Hence we upgraded to this version -

But after this, the following issues are there on the website -
1) A MALFORMED error (CardNum required) shows on the Checkout_payment page even though the previosu page/form did not have an option to enter the Card Number.
2) A modal pop-up window(protx_process_win.php) hangs/load and displays blank without any messages with the checkout_confirmation page in the background.

Have we installed the wrong version - should we have installed this instead -

Immediate help will be greatly appreciated, since these issues are causing the client to lose a lot of revenue.
