Our focus on v3.0 was on the framework, specifically freezing the API to start building on with the community. There are in fact only a minimal set of Applications available in v3.0 - the rest of the Applications, forming the base user feature set, will start arriving next week through CoreUpdate.

Ahhh, OK. I started investigating and the header file calls on access:getlevels, checking that admin user = global access. If I removed that global, then I get the dropdown list (which again only shows payment modules).
Anyway, it could be wise for you or Mark to make a quick (public) list of items that you are aware are "missing" so that you all don't get 1000 threads like this one
