Can you explain better what you mean copied the contents of "the" directory to a new folder called admin. I understand the theory and i like it, just not sure what i need to do differently. Thank you.

I am looking for a contribution that will allow me to have options for a product. In this case size of container. I would like each size to have a separate Product Model code so that it can be tracked as inventory. Also so that I can click on a product and then it will list the different sizes at the bottom with a box to enter quantity and add to cart. Thanks. Madstarr

PLEASE HELP! I am not real familiar with this contribution or auto installs. When I installed I got the error: Cannot open file '.htaccess' for writing. Check if the file exists or try to change file permissions and click the "Retry" button. i tried to change permissions on the .htaccess file in ftp but it would not allow write from public. When in the administration panel it appears that SEO URL installed and on my site. All the navigation buttons work for the main structure of the site (eg. home, new products, specials, my accounts, contact us) but the links to all my products result in a page not found 404 error. CAN YOU CHANGE THE ORDER OF THE COLUMNS? I would like the image, then model number to appear. I assumed that the numbers you put in the admin page would order them but they do not seem to be changing. NOr does the column in which it auto sorts from. Thank you in advance for any advice?

I set up the default paypal contribution on my site www.topshelfnutrition.com I am looking for any advice on which PayPal contribution to use, if there is a better one. I do not want to process credit cards through PayPal only to offer PayPal transfers to customers who want to pay with their PayPal account. I notice that on the fullfillment page for PayPal there is an option to use your credit card. Does anybody know of a contribution that would eliminate this function and or a way of doing that? Having something to do with the sites ability to communicate with them. checkout_shipping.php page states " No data returned from Fedex, perhaps the Fedex site is down " checkout_process.php page states " There has been an error connecting to Authorize.net." This has happened to both the sites that I have on the same server. Please advise as to anything it might be, I am at a total loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thank you.

Can anybody help? I have two sites that use Fedex Real Time Quotes, and now they are not returning shippinq quotes. When order reaches the checkout_shipping.php page I get this message This is currently the only shipping method available to use on this order. I am a newbie and I installed Easy Populate 2.76b last week and it works wonderfully. After a few small issues were resolved. I would suggest reading the document at http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...y+Populate+2.78 called Importing Using Easy Populate. It is a instruction manual to some of the quirks that are common with Easy Populate. As to opening a downloaded .txt file in excel. I dont know if this is the only way to make it work. But, I changed the field separator in the easypopulate.php file to be tab by commenting out the other field separators. This is at about line 79: $separator = "\t"; // tab is default //$separator = ","; // comma //$separator = ";"; // semi-colon //$separator = "~"; // tilde //$separator = "-"; // dash //$separator = "*"; // splat Then just open excel and open the .txt file. You do not have to rename it. Depending on the version of excel, you will be prompted with a text import wizard. In which you will chose "Delimited" as the data type. And "tab" as the delimiter. I set the text qualifier to "none" and it opens perfectly. Hope this helps

I have installed OSC2.2MS2 and FedEx Real Time Quotes v2.04 by Steve Fatula. Installation of Fedex Real Time Quotes seems to have worked properly. I am located in the US shipping to both domestic and international addresses. But I am having two issues (the first minor, the second major): 1. It is returning my account prices as opposed to the list rates, even though i have show list rates set to "true" 2. It is only returning a Ground quote for Canada addresses and returns no quotes for any other countries "no rates returned". All quotes for all shipping options within the United States are working properly. It almost seems to be behaving as if these were commented out in fedex1.php although at this time I have no options commented out. I have spoken with Federal Express they have ran quotes through my account and meter number and have successfully received quotes. They "say" that it is not on their end.
