Great mod and i have been using it for a couple of months now without any issues. Definetely looking forward to some of the improvements scheduled for the next release. One quick question I have is as follows: Does anyone know how to change the admin text colour for this module. I have a real problem where it is extremely easy to miss the fact that a customer has requested an item to be gift wrapped. If when they requested gift wrapping it showed up on their order as bolded red etc. it would be much easier to notice. Can anyone help???

This contribution works be simply applying the correct HTML code into a Banner info box which can you can setup to only show your Instant Messenger?s status and enable someone to launch messenger directly from your store. You can also set the information to NOT show when an SSL session is initiated, which stops the ?insecure items? warning during SSL sessions. Because this is a banner and controlled through Banner Manager in the admin panel you can also have full control of the items to display.

I am a great fan of Order editor and have been using it since version 1.75 without any issues. Recently I upgraded from version 2.2.1 to version 2.5 and noticed that the stock level stopped being updated. I patiently waited for the next rollup to see if this would fix the problem 2.6.2 and have diligently install this but the issue still exists. Has anyone any idea what I should be looking for or how I might fix this problem?

Ok I have been battling with this for a week now and don't seem to be able to make any progress. I have installed version 2.5a and most of the contribution appears to be working well but I can't get the banner image to show. I have searched through this forum and a lot of the web but have still had no luck. When i run the dubug I get the following information: Check the pathes! (catalog/includes/configure.php) absolute path to picture: /home/cufflink/public_html/shop/shop/images/Logo.jpg build with: DIR_FS_CATALOG . I have installed this contribution but the expected image just appears as a red X. I am using 2.2 with Image Magic and the Ultimate SEO contributions on my site. Pretty sure it hasn't anything to do with Image Magic as it makes no difference if the contribution is on or off, the result is the same. Has anyone got any ideas?

I realised that since installing the ultimate SEO my unsold carts started to go increase and I received a number of emails from customers telling me that they where have problems purchasing from the site. I couldn't replicate this even though I tried from various locations. It wasn't until someone brought to my attention that the problem was related to trying to use the "buy now" function from either the reviews section or from the category list ( all my testing had been from the product details "buy now" option which worked fine). After a lot of research I noted that a lot of other people where have the same problem but the fix was not available through this forum. I managed to find the fix somewhere else. Here it is: Through the SEO admin section set the "output W3C valid URLs" option to False.

Jack I have managed to find the problem which is in the Shop\links.php file. All I have done is replace this file with the previous version and my links have come back. Unfortunately my PHP skills are not good enough to find a fix. Sorry :(

Hi Jack I am also having exactly the same problem. I have followed the instructions for the upgrade and everthing on the admin side work perfectly but none of my links are avaikable through the website only the categories.

When I check the image source for all of the images on my site they are not coming through imagemagic.php. The Image magic master switch is on and when I ask for the store graphics to be processed the cached directory (thumbnail) starts to populate with button images, but nothing else. I spent hours going through this forum last night and managed to find some information on configuring the config.php file which I completed but this has made no difference. Sorry Guys don't respond to this querie as it turns out my hosting company moved my site onto another server last week and GD Image library is now not enabled. Grrrrrrrrr. I will hopefully be able to sort this out once they finish the job they should have done last week.
