You can export your Quickbooks Pro inventory, using File->Utilities->Export->Lists to iff files->then check "items".
Open the file in Excel and you'll see that Quickbooks gives a unique REFNUM to each product. You'll need to manually add this REFNUM to every product (or product attribute) that you want to update.
Each time you need to do an inventory upload from Quickbooks, you'll need to export and upload to your site.
