i get the identical error on my new install... and this is the 4th site i've installed on and don't remember seeing this before... i'm sure it's user error - but i don't know what i did/didn't do... would really appreciate some insight. thanks

finding the product_model is one thing... but what about when it looks like this: '" . $HTTP_POST_VARS['products_model'] . "', do i add '" . $HTTP_POST_VARS['products_upc'] . "', etc? THIS is what's unclear... and as for that bit in the default.php... it doesn't exist as written... so do i just drop the whole bit in that's missing? after the recognizable part of the existing file??? how do you get highlighted text in notepad, anyway????? :lol: i know, this forum isn't for us non-programmers to come in here and ask all kinds of stupid questions... well, if there was an installation manual - or even anywhere on the planet that explained in simple terms the step by step process, then we wouldn't have to do that... would we? all i want is to be able to list isbn's in my client's catalog... is that too much to ask?!?!? many thanks. :D
