I'm getting a strange error, not sure what it is, I do have quantity price breaks installed.
What happens is I try to add say 1000 items to the cart and it maxes out at 99.
Any fix?

Where is this break tag from - Shipping titles?
12 September 2011, 18:01
On the account_history_info.php page - I can't believe I can't find where this break is
The html code for shipping for instance will show the name like this:
But where is the break tag being created? I can't find it in the language file.
The code is $order->totals[$i]['title']
But I checked the files and can't seem to find it

Your OSCv3 impressions so far
01 April 2011, 17:53
Well, I just installed OSCv3 locally. Just trying it out and looking at the code.
I am pretty impressed, it is a lot cleaner.
Cons:
1. Not many payment modules so far (COD and Paypal on default install?)
2. Checkout procedure is still too long, I found it a bit odd.
3. Breaks when javascript is disabled
4. Some javascript errors present
5. Not a big fan of jquery
Pros:
1. Cleaner
2. Faster?
3. Admin section is bad ass
4. Security
I think if given more time, the users here will definitely be able to create some good modules.
Keep up the good work.

Jquery vs Mootools for OSCv3

Jquery vs Mootools for OSCv3
From what I've read OSCv3 will use jQuery. I like jQuery but I'm a bigger fan of mootools, will users have the option to easily change the javascript library, or is OSCv3 heavily dependent on jQuery?

How popular is OSC nowadays?
21 February 2011, 19:44
I don't know, I been using OSC for the last few years and it's a great shopping cart, but it seems like less an less people are turning to it. Seem like 3.0 will never be released, I think it's been stuck at alpha 5 for over a year. It's a shame really, there are many more options coming out from competitors that offer more features etc..., and OSC fails to move along.
Will osc get it's act together?
Will 3.0 be out soon?
Will it be able to compete?
Will oscommerce.com ever update their main presentation site - they haven't redesigned it since 2004 - ???
