Yes this is normal. The osC order number is not generated until the Worldpay transaction has completed, therefore it used the cardID. Ivan

I checked my configure.php file in my admin/includes and it already contains: define 'DIR_FS_DOCUMENT_ROOT', 'home/consumab/public_html/shop'); // where the pages are located on the server which I think is right, every other 'admin' command works OK. Matt Sorry to keep harassing you!!! Thanks for the file, I have amended the files as per the instructions, but I don't know what to do with the zip file in the extras directory. I've unzipped and put the 2 js files in the extras directory of the site but there is no menu on the site just a blank area underneath the categories box.
