    hi there,

    i used the customer service addon and found that the customer_tabs table has primary key on tab_id while it should be tab_id and language.

    Once I dropped the key, and ensured the tab_id's are the same for the different languages, it shows properly on the site ...

    Hello kortshop,

    Tried your very usefull Customer Service addon. Good job. But, in a new site with 2 languages the original file seems OK but when i add a new question is not showing and if i try to click to a different tab, it throws me back to index, and the second file that you suggest to use, throws Call to undefined function tep_get_languages() in customer_service.php on line 25.

    Thanks for this nice contribution! I have successfully installed this on OSC 2.3.1, had one problem with norwegian language though. The special characters would not convert - saving the norwegian.php from the character_conversion_pack as UTF-8 fixed the problem.

    I have tried this as well, doesn't work. I can move the rows but the new sort order isn't saved. Would have been nice to have for the products as well as the categories.

    I have a problem with installing "jQuery - Ultimate Product Pack" on top of the OSC to CSS contribution. I have seen it working on the demo site: demo site. Could someone please post or email me the product_info.php file. I have the admin part working and it's only when displaying a product that the page layout is messed up. Vidar

    I have the same problem when a customer has added text with linebreaks in a textarea field. When updating the shopping cart all attributes are removed. Also, when a customer click on a product with attributes in the shoppingcart the attributes are sometimes deleted (doesn't show up on the product_info page. I have almost no PHP knowledge so unable to fix this myself. It would have been nice if someone could confirm if this contriubution works with PHP5/MYSQL5/Apache2.

    You may use the options as images contribution and create an image for each font type.

    Has anyone installed this contrib and the file upload contrib on the osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2 RC1 and got it working on Apache2/MYSQL5/PHP5 server? I have problems with this when people click on a product already in the shopping cart, it doesn't transfer the file/text and textarea options back to the product_info page. Vidar

    I had this working, moved everything to a new server and got the same problem as you. Solved it by deleting the users/passwords and applied the sql script to add the users/passwords again.

    I would like to have the news category box always visible. As it is now, it is not displayed when in product listing. Anyone know if this is an easy modification and what to change? Vidar

    Take a look at these: TinyFCK and TinyMCPUK I have installed both, but still has some minor adjustments to make them run perfectly. Maybe someone else would give it a try and we could manage to put a installation guide together? Vidar

    Thanks for the reply. I have two identical webservers (one backup/development server). The problem only exists on the development server. When I copy everything to the production server it runs great! To improve the look/load time I copied/cropped the images to my server. Works great. Thanks for a nice contribution Vidar

    Great contribution, but I have 2 problems. When enabling "Display Link Image" in admin, selecting a category which has images for one or more links, it takes 3-4 minutes to load the link.php page. When removing the link to the image or disable "Display Link Image" the page loads in a second. When performing "Check Link" in Links Manager I get the following error message: Link Check Result: Error Reading URL, even though the liste link is correct. This function is also very slow. Any help appreciated Vidar
