Our client has sub-sub-categories and the categories below them do not appear, altho they are confirmed to exist.

This category shows it is empty --- altho on the left categories column there are two sub-categories listed, mirrored chests and wood chests. They exist and have products.
How do I get these sub-categories to display? It appears several categories are displaying this behavior, but most operate properly.
I'm at a loss .... help!
